The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant was poor. Served cold. However, staff again very helpful and friendly. As above the food in the evening was awful. Only tackled it on one occassion as so disappointed. |

Very decent rooms that were nicely decorated. Great location in a nice quiet street, near to city centre. We stayed in the hotel for only 1/3 of the price and then it is really nice. The walls between the rooms are quite thin, and we had some noisy and not very decent neighbours. When we complained, the staff were quite reluctant to do something about it. |

The restaurant and the lobby are very good. The waiter was polite and served us with professionalism. Regretfully, the room was small, quite modest, and the carpet should be changed. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was handy for travelling around and there were numerous places to eat and drink close by The room was supposed to have air conditioning but it was just re circultating warm air. The side of the hotel I was on meant there was a lot of outside noise in the mornings. The room was smaller than expected |

Everything about the hotel was excellent, we were upgraded to a suite, the package we had was such a great deal! Breakfast staff were very rushed, some food ran out! |

first of all, the room was wonderful : clean, pleasant, big, the bed was one of the best we ever had in an hotel. The location of the hotel is also quite good and not far from all the visits' places.The staff were excellent. maybe - very unimportant point : but some coffee and tea in the room was missing (not for me - I am bringing mine with me). |

Cleanliness and comfort. Location, not very central but convenient Even if they had my credit card guarantee through booking.com they charged my debit card at check in, with 30% more than the arranged rate for my dates of stay. Then they charged me again at check out the right amount and promised a refund I'm still waiting for. The reception staff was not very nice either. This outstands any comfort strong points. |

I did not like the fact that after 10 days of leaving the hotel, although I payed the full bill with the same card I used for booking and for hotel guarantee, when I went to my bank in Bucharest the amount of money the hotel requested as guarantee was still blocked in my account, despite the fact that money for the Ramada bill where taken the next day after I checked out. |
