La habitacion, una suite a 35 € y lo enorme y acogedora que era,,

El bar es muy caro, solo eso, pues cobrar los cafés a 3€ cada uno..... Y los combinados se whisky a 12€....,, excesivo , no? No deja de ser Hungría

Staff is friendly. Gooad value for money (Standard room). this 4start hotel is like a good 3start scandinavian hotel. If you need just clean room with bed to sleep, internet, shower with no any extras included - it's a good choice.

No house slippers in room - take your own with you.

I asked to repair the sink cover and they forgot.. but to small to complain.

I'd like the attention and hospitality of the hotel staff, especially at the reception. Their city objects and transport explanations were very useful in sightseeing

The absence of any kind of sleepers, bathrobes. I also haven't found any teapot that was necessary to warm up baby's meal. Actually, I wanted to spent my holidays at Ramada Plaza, where are cute thermal bathes and a very distinct massage, but at the very last moment I mixed it with the Ramada Budapest (there are 3 Ramada hotels in town)

The hotel staff was pretty good. They spoke good legible English which seems to be rather rare in Hungary.

1) The walls of the hotel must be made of thin cardboard. We could hear utterly everything from the rooms around us. It was like if the other visitors were right in our room. And believe me, if a couple from the room next to yours is having a shower at 3:00 A.M, it is not the best for your sleep. 2) This is definitely not a **** hotel. You have to ask at the reception for many things that should be provided automatically (such as bathrobes).

Close to the center of the city, in a nice street full of nice bars and restaurants, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is really kind. And everything for a good price, I suggest it to everyone.

Breakfast for 10€ every day, and the food in the restaurant was not so good.

The hotel was at the right spot for a very affordable price.

the price of the bloody coffee at the bar !!!! for an Espresso in Budapest???? hallo??? that's taking the piss, and loses you credibility. Breakfast was also overpriced, but that coffee was outrageous. I know it's only a few euro but it is so disproportionate to a fair price it left a bitter taste in my mouth (despite the sugar!).
