Ramada Hotel & Resort Lake Balaton  

Perfect staff. There was no question what they would no answere. If we had any problem they solved it. Food was okay and rooms also. I would recomend to everybody to go there if they looking for carrying people.

Only thing what we would prefer to change is the bathroom. We think that is not a 4 * hotel style. That was the only thing what we did not like that much but was okay. Except that everything was just fine.

Nice view of the lake. Close to bus and train station. Good wellness centre and gym. The bed was comfortable. They accepted British Debit cards.

I was there during a conference and it was too busy. Queue for breakfast. Chatty people in the wellness centre. Sauna always full. Gym is not well equipped and they rent it to outsiders so guests sort of get "pushed aside" by the locals. Only pork at breakfast. I dont eat pork so was stuck for choice. Have to pay to watch english channels on tv. Room cleaning was not very good. Just emptied bins. Did not make the beds or vacuum room in 4 days I stayed there. Could hear the trains in the mornings. Could not control the temperature in the room so was very hot.

When I book the hotel, it mention there has lake view

The staff give me 2nd floor room, anyway the view is blocked by the tree, they should arrange the higher floor.

The hotel has the perfect location -easy to reach by car or train. And in the same time it's just a few steps away from Lake Balaton and the beautiful mountains which gives an excellent view as you see both of them from your window. The hotel has it's own beach, which is nice and clean, as well as its own route to the beach! So you'll feel special not only inside but outside the hotel as well. There are many sporting facilities: swimming (in the hotel's pool or in the lake), cycling (easy to rent a bicycle from tbe hotel), tennis, fishing, daytripping, mountain climbing, jogging, etc. The buffet breakfast is delicious and the widest variety of different foods, the staff is polite and professional. The best holiday we've ever had!

Hyvä sijainti lähellä rantaa. Upea näköala ylemmistä kerroksista järvelle ja kylään.

leider hat das Personal wenig deutsch verstanden , auch bei der Rechnungsstellung war , da alles in ungarisch, wenig über die details der Abrechnung zu erfahren. Auch wenn das Personal sehr bemüht war die Sprachbarriere

Die gute zentrale Lage.

Das Frühstück war nicht nach unseren Geschmack. Das nachfüllen fehlender Speisen hat zu lange gedauert. Im Zimmer könnte eine genauere Reinigung durchgeführt werden!!!!!!!!!!(Teppich,Bad,Fernseher,Fenster,Vorhang und Türen waren für meinen Geschmack zu schmutzig.)

- Voldoende faciliteiten, zoals eten, drinken, zwembad, sportgelegenheid, privéstrand, prima geregeld; - Vriendelijk personeel in de bar en eetgelegenheden; - Eten en drinken in het hotel en de strandbar is niet duur;

Ik heb een aantal verbeterpunten: 1. Niet al het personeel spreekt Engels en/of Duits. Dit mag in zo'n groot hotel toch niet gebeuren; 2. Onbehoorlijk personeel in de sportbar (zijn alleen maar met elkaar aan het praten en kijken amper op als je wat wilt vragen); 3. Matrassen op het bed liggen niet lekker want je voelt de springveren overal in je rug; 4. Je moet op het privestrand aanvullend betalen voor een ligbed. Ik vind dit overdreven, als je geld wilt verdienen verwerk het dan in de hotelprijs of de prijs voor de drank. Ik wil daar dan niet extra voor betalen. (gevoelskwestie)
