Location.

Definitely not a 4* hotel.. Same breakfast every day, cold eggs, no hot water for tea, no small spoons for mixing sugar coffee, windows can be opened only 10cm, had only one bathrobe instead of two and no slippers. Very expensive for offered conditions.

Hotel was tidy, staff friendly, we had a great view from our room on the lake. The breakfast buffet was big and the food delicous. During the day, the private beach is 10 mins footwalk away as well as to the city center. We enjoyed our trip, there was nothing disturbing about the hotel and we would definitely go there again.

We liked the view on Balaton lake from window. The food was excecellent.

The staff was not experienced enough, especially the students doing their practice in the hotel. Waitting time for the menu itself could be counted in tens of minutes.... After arrival to our room, in the bathroom, we noticed clay on the floor and hairs in the bath. The carpet was dirty. The housekeeping during the whole stay was so poor. The cleaning consisted of just changing the towels. By the way, the clay in the bathroom floor was not cleaned up during that 5 days of our stay. Summarizing, from the 4* hotel, I expect the quality and perfect services, which can not be said about this hotel. We like coming back to amazing places, but unforunately, this hotel does not belong to them.

Great to have 25m swimming pool in house. The breakfast was excelent.

It's a pity they do not accept the towel vouchers at the beach and you need to have deposit for 4000 ft for each one. The service on the beach could be also better and at least clean the sun beds. Maybe in full season, they are more attentive.

Nemyslím si, že toto je hotel v klasifikaci čtyřhvězdičkovéo hotelu pokud vemu do úvahy - zejména kvalitu jídla, vybavení koupelny - popraskané kachličky,lehce se rozpadající záchod a zásobníky mýdla, platbu za televizi, nemožnost otevřít okno a pokaděná okna od ptáků v kontextu ceny, za kterou se toto nabízí.

Hatten eine Suite gebucht, scheinbar schon lange nicht bewohnt, da dort jede Menge Käfer an den Fenster und Vorhängen waren. Die Reklamation bei der Rezeption war sinnlos, der Angestellte sprach nur ungarisch. Habe dann den Großteil mit dem Schuh erschlagen.

Sauberkeit der Räume. Grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.

Kompleks baseonowo-saunowy jest naprawdę na wysokim poziomie, zarówno dla dorosłych, jak I dla dzieci.

To już raczej zarzut pod adresem samego Balatonu - woda jest jaka jest, a w opisie hotelu może mylić słowo "plaża". W rzeczywistości hotelowa plaża jest taką śródleśną trawiastą polanką nad brzegiem cieku wodnego...
