Nice room, very nice staff, We really liked the wellness part with jacuzzi, sauna and Gym The breakfast could be much better with real orange juice, some fruits and more vegetables. It would also be very conveniant with a safety deposit box in the room. |

Nothing. The moment we arrived we had been treated as if we were intruding. Breakfast was served until 10:00 am and arriving at 9:45 we did not find any utensils. We asked 3 times. Nothing. At 9:55 we started using saucers so each of us got 3 but still no fork s and spoons. One of us had to pay for his coffee as at 10:00 sharp everything was taken away. My pregnant girl-friend didn't get milk!!! The rooms were not made and we did not get fresh towers. Some has soap and shampoo in the rooms some didn'T. There was internet only downstairs not as announced: everywhere in the hotel. The staff almost got into a fight with us for putting a bottle of wine on a table outside. We had not opened it and we were not told not to do it. I was yelled at with the words "Speak Hungarian to me." |

Nice position - in a green area. The staff was friendly. The entire hotel was recently redecorated. No AC, no refrigerator in the room. It supposed to be a 3 star hotel. Very annoying for the summer season |

ruime netjes ingerichte kamer Personeel spreekt zo goed als geen engels en een erg commercieel ingestelde manager. Hij rekende een hele dag fietshuur terwijl ik 's ochtends aangaf dat ik de fiets niet meer wilde gebruiken. Als je een fiets wilt huren: de fietsen van hotel Phoenix (om de hoek) zijn veel beter en bij noodgeval onderweg kan je de manager bellen. Bij hotel Phoenix hebben ze overigens ook internetfaciliteiten. |

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Frühstücksbuffet W-Lan sollte im ganzen Haus funktionieren, bei uns hat es an keiner einzigen Stelle im Zimmer funktioniert (3. Etage), nur im Foyer sehr schlechter Zimmerservice, |

Die Lage, der schattige Parkplatz, kostenloses Internet über WLAN, freundliche Mitarbeiter. In meinem Zimmer (ganz außen) funktionierte das Internet nur am Balkon, innen leider nicht. Man hört den Lärm vom Flur nachts recht laut in den Zimmern. |

Proximité du lac et du centre, joli jardin bien entretenu, accueil et gentillesse du personnel. Notre chambre était située à l'arrière du bâtiment en plein soleil. En été demandez une chambre à l'avant. En plus nous étions juste au-dessus des cuisines avec des odeurs. Buffet du petit déjeuner fort limité laissant à désirer. |
