New Hotel centrally located in the Buda side, in a walking distance from Buda Castle, Parliament, St Stephens Cathedral. Huge rooms, nice decorated and very clean. The staff is perfect, helped me in booking restaurants, taxis and with a lot of tips about Budapest. |

The reception staff were fantastic - so helpful and kind. The breakfast staff were so attentive and were always refilling and clearing up the breakfast buffet and tables. |

near the danube. When I wanted to extend my stay, the hotel staff gave me a rate that was much higher than what I booked before. Thus I need to book online again and get a cheaper rate. Although this is not too trouble, it seemed to me it is not user-friendly.. |

This is one of the best hotels in Budapest I've stayed when it comes to price/value. Modern, perfectly located in very peaceful area but just a walk away to the castle or parliment. I will surely come back here soon. The ac was far from perfect and quilt bit too thick. We needed to open the windows because it was bit too hot. Getting out of garage is really an awfull experience if you have a bigger car. |

I really really liked this hotel. I've been there with my boyfriend and we were surprised by the modern-elegant look of it. The touch-screen elevator, the lounge, the bathroom, the balcony...the staff was helpful and nice, the suite was great and it had the biggest bed we had ever seen :D Breakfast was pretty complete, altough... ...there was no NUTELLA, wich I found to be the only bad thing about this hotel. Uhm, alongside with the fact that it's 10 minutes walking from the nearest metropolitan station (Batthiany tèr). But you can take bus number 11 from the street behind to get there, even at midnight. |

The first day of my stay was my anniversary so the hotel staff prepared a nice wine in the room. Stafff was excellent. It is a pretty new hotel, some drawbacks but they are willing to fix them. |

All the staff members are extremely friendly cheerful and professional. great rooms and great service. Nem változtat semmin! Ön szuper A breackfast until 11 could be a good thing for the night birds. finally: I was "in love" when i saw the tall dark haired girl who works in the staff. Now i'm so sad to be back in France. Conclusion: If more ugly people were employed in this hostel the hearts of customers would be better! |

Woooow wooow wooow, The Staff were absolutely Superb, they were very very very helpful, genuine and welcoming, not in an intrusive way. They made our stay a very enjoyable and pleasant one. The hotel is located in a very quiet area on Buda side only 100 meters away from the Danube river. The hotel was officially open 2.5 months back, so everything was in pristine condition. Last but not least, salute to the Chef who used everything in his power to make our breakfast experience with our 7 months old baby a very pleasant one. The breakfast was good but there's a room for improvement (more varieties). |

I was really impressed by this hotel. The room was very big and clean. Breakfast was good and vary, with exceptional Hungarian wurstel and eggs! I also liked the position, about 300 mt north of the metropolitan station of "Batthyany tér." Personal was kind and the first receptionist was able to speak Italian (even if English is not a problem for me). Wireless are not yet available (the hotel has two months), but essential services are provided by a PC in the hall. About the breakfast, an espresso machine could help to improve satisfaction of Italian people. |

The staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel was comfortable with two twin beds--perfect for businessmen traveling. The room also had a small but nice balcony. The gratis breakfast was better than expected and more than adequate for our needs. The garage was an extremely tight fit for any car--let alone for an SUV like we had. I would NOT use it again. Although we were assured at the desk that the air condition was fully functional, there was no air coming from the vent in the room and the control did nothing. There was also only cable-supplied internet in the room and not the wifi that is clearly stated in booking.com. |

I liked the room, very much the front office staff, the quiet location. Our main purpose in Budapest were the thermal baths, and the hotel is perfectly located, near Kiraly and close to Lukacs baths. |

The service was polite and helpful and in the breakfast hall an older man waiter of the hotel personnel was heart warmingly kind and nice. In the superior room the price included also the soft drinks in the mini bar. The neighbour area was quite peaceful and there were good connections to main sightseeings. |

Very polite and informed staff, all English speaking, great location, nice and quiet neighbourhood, short distance from downtown, five minutes of walk to the nearest metro station and boat. Excellent breakfast, cosy rooms, the hotel appears to be new, we got an unexpected upgrade to a junior suite for the same price. free drinks in the mini bar, great beds, plasma TV, big thub, all in all very comfortable and afordable. |

The staying at the hotel was very pleasant. It was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is close to bus and metro/tram stations, which is very helpful. The breakfast is not bad, but there could be some "adds" on it. |

We where happy with the cleanliness of the hotel, design and beds. It looks that the hotel is more oriented on the business but this does not impact the services for other type of travelers. The breakfast could be improved - not so varied compared with other hotels we stayed. |
