The hotel was a short walk away from the underground, tram and bus stops. Our room was upgraded to a suite which was beautiful, roomy and relaxing. The reception staff were very accommodating and nothing was a problem to them. The hotel was very close to everything but was nice and quiet through the night. Breakfast was good for a continental.

The staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to help with directions and make our stay comfortable. The room was amazing - twin beds with a part wall between for some privacy. Everything you would want in a room - internet, kettle, frig, safe and towel warmers. The location on the Buda side was quiet but not too far from the sights.

The terrace was huge, the room was very big, nice fitted, comfy bed, free mini bar (allthough there was only 2 bottles of water and 2 of juice), the location is very good for visiting Budapest by foot, breakfast was just ok. The underground parking is very narrow and it doesn't worth to pay the 10 euro tax for it. The scratches, which you will get no matter how good driver you are, will cost you more than the parking in front of the hotel.

Staff at the hotel were excellent, extremely helpful and kind. The suite we were put up in was beyond expectations. Large, great design, toilet separate from bathroom, which is a good idea. Bed was huge and comfortable, bedroom overlooking a silent street. Very good value for money. There is really nothing. If I am to mention anything choice at breakfast could be improved.

The spaciousness and comfort of the room, complimentary cola and water from the minibar Very poor breakfast choice, especially for a 4* hotel, no wireless internet access.

Extremely friendly personnel of the Hotel. Many special thanks to Bernadett. The location close to Kiraly Spa center. Very nice breakfast for all tastes. Calm and quite place. Actually I am not very fond of the grey-brown design, it looks a bit depressing to me - but it is my personal feeling. It is sad that the management of the hotel exactly on the ortodox X-mas day 07.01.2012 decided to dissamble the X-mas tree. The hotel reception zone evidently looked nicer with the tree.

Very nice location (easy access to the city center by tram and subway, next to one of the Budapest's famous spas). Staffs were very kind and easy to communicate. The parking place was a bit narrow. People having larger cars (e.g., SUV) may beware of it.

Large, clean and modern rooms. I had internet problems in my first room (504) but the staff gave me a new room and I was able to work just fine in the replacement. Breakfast was very good and overall is was an excellent stay.

Rooms were really spacious, with refreshments included and flat screen TVs. The location is very good and prices extremely competitive. Well, the breakfast was a little short in salads and vegetables, but over all a pleasant experience every morning.

We were booked a double room with an extra bed and found when we got to the room we had been given a suite with a 3 sided balcony! It was fantastic! The breakfast was nice and the hotel staff were great in trying to help us with what we needed to knw. It is very close to the Red metro line stop which mae it easier to get about. x The only down side was that the restaurant close at 3pm and there are very few restaurants near the hotel to eat at, meaning we had to get the metro to pest to eat of an evening x would highly recommend though! x

The hotel is very modern and beautiful, the staff was really perfect so nice and so helpful. The breakfast is really nice, and it was definitely a great value for my money. The bed wasn't that comfortable to begin with, and also it was two single mattresses (we are a couple) rather then a king mattress. There was something wrong with the hot water, while taking a shower the water suddenly turned really really hot for a few seconds and then returned to normal temp... It happened several times during each shower so That was quite annoying.

“It was nice and new. Lots of spaces where one could have some privacy. Busy yet not noisy. Excellent restaurant. Good rooms and my wife liked the pool. Clientele pleasant and well behaved. Nice design touches inn decor. Close to metro and tram lines. Quiet street. Excellent value given the standards of the place. Most impressed.” David, Tain |
