Very good modern facilities, including easy access to public thermal baths and spa, and also internal to hotel (swimming pool, sauna, etc), good restaurant and bar with very professional and caring staff in every department, speaking English well and being helpful in every way. Pleasant, peaceful and green setting, with possibility for outdoor leisure; Good annexed services of hairdresser, massage, shop, etc Towels could have been renewed more often; noisy piped music in the lobby and bar. |

The hotel is of very nice design, new and very clean. We liked the connection to the wellness-resort. The attitude of the staff was very pleasant, willingness to speak either German or English. It would be fine to have the admission to the wellness-resort included in the hotel price. Everything else was perfect. |

Das Zimmer, Restaurant, die Thaimassagen Ja, Wellnessbereich (Schwimmbad) es wäre sehr angenehm, wenn die Sauna vom Schwimmbereich getrennt wäre, da es für mich nicht angenehm ist, mich mit Badekleidung in der Sauna aufzuhalten. Als angenehm würden wir auch leise Musik empfinden. Den Thermenbereich habe wir ganz unangenehm empfunden. |

der preis für die halbpension war sehr hoch kinder zahlen den gleichen preis wie die erwachsenen 19 Euro !!!!! (Frechheit der Preis) |

Frühstück war im Gegensatz zum Abendbrot etwas dürftig.Einige Damen an der Rezeption waren ausgesprochen unfreundlich. |
