nous avons apprécié les équipements de l'hôtel (la piscine, le hammam, le sauna, les bains bouillonnants.....le jardin) la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité des soins (massages) et de l'esthétique (un grand bravo pour les ongles) et le restaurant. nous étions venu l'année dernière et nous reviendrons !!!!!! Nous n'avons pas apprécié le prix payé pour notre chien (exhorbitant)

miła obsługa, bardzo czysty, spokojny, relaksujacy, bez hałasu i natłoku gości , bez głośnej muzyki, goścmi były zarwno pary jak i rodziny z małymi dziećmi, ktre znalazły miejcse dla siebie, do Balatonu trzeba przejść prezez małą uliczkę, jest prywatna mała plaża zdrewniuanym podestem ,leżakami i toaletą. byłam z dwjką małych dzieci, polecam.

Meget fornøyd med hotellet. Lå ganske sentralt, hadde store fine rom med aircondition, vennlig personale, bra frokost. Hadde også spa-tilbud og frisør.

Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottima l'aria condizionata. Bisogna avere fortuna a trovare posto nel parcheggio ci sono pochi posti, per visitare la città è un po decentrato ma facendo 1 buona passeggiata si riesce a arrivare ovunque.

Vi gillade att vi fick mycket till ett rimligt pris, bra faciliteter, omfattande frukostbuffet och mysiga rum. Hotellet ligger nära sjön och erbjuder privatstrand. Spa- området är mycket trevligt och erbjuder två olika bastur, två bassänger och två bubbelpooler. Rummen är stora, bekväma med fin inredning. Personalen är mycket hjälpsam och anstränger sig mycket att tillfredställa kunderna. Hotellet låg ganska långt från stadscentrum och det kräver ganska mycket att gå för att nå shopping- möjligheterna. Visserligen erbjuder hotellet en privatstrand fast den var stängd nästan hela tiden. Baren på privatstranden var aldrig öppen.
