It was clean and quiet. The aircon worked well. The spa facilities were ok. The buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from. The hotel is overpriced. They gave us a seaview room with no sea view; when asked they said it faced the sea! Directions and distances marked on the road from the station to the hotel were misleading, which was extremely frustrating. |

Vey comfortable, clean and nice hotel. Good parking possibilites. A family hotel, only a lot of children running around. Not to recommend to stay there if you are not with your family. This hotel private beachside was close to a joke..very small and crowded with people. Wifi only in public areas. |

The hotel was easey to find and there were several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was very noisey - The nise from the corridor, adjoining rooms, and above was far to intrusive. Breakfast was not of the standard I would expect of a 4 star hotel. Despite informing the reception staff on arrival that I needed to check out early they still tried to bill me for the full duration. |

Our entire family loved this facility. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and spa area were pleasing to the senses, and enjoyable in every way. The staff was gracious and helpful. We can highly recommend this hotel. |

Przyjęcie gości do hotelu Mozna to określić jednym słowem: blichtr. Poza tym, jeśli oferuje się apartament wraz z zabudową kuchenną, dlaczego nie ma w nim np czajnika elektrycznego, aby zrobić sobie herbatę??? Inne hotele to mają(np Ibis w Edynburgu). |

Kan niet een ding noemen. Ben omm 12.45 uur aangekomen in Budapest en was om 14.00 uur in Siofok, bij het hotel. Ik heb eerst gebeld om te vragen of er een taxi gestuurd kan worden om mijn op te halen en kreeg toen te horen dat er geen kamer beschikbaar was. Ik heb zelf een taxi via medepassagiers moeten regelen en het heeft mij 130 euro gekost voor een afstand van 20 kilometers. Koom ik vervolgens in het hotel en krijg pas om 21.30 uur een kamert toegewezen. Ik was pas om 22.00 uur in de kamer. Omdat het vies en niet opgeruimd was kwam een schoonmaakster en die is een uur bezig geweest. om 23.00 uur kon ik eten bestellen om vervolgens om 00.00 uur naar bed te gaan omdat ik de volgende dag om 04.00 uur gehaald zou worden met de ambulance. |

Zeer netjes, behoorlijk ontbijtbuffet, rustig, jacuzzi buiten in de tuin, fitness ruimte met pingpong tafel, maar vrij klein zwembad en het privé strand ligt op enkele straten wandelen van het hotel en is niet echt privé. Rustige ligging, maar niet op wandelafstand van het station, wat het voor gebruikers van openbaar vervoer minder geschikt maakt. |

ik vind het hotel vrij duur voor toch een goedkoop land als Hongarije, prijs is zeker niet in verhouding met de lokale consumptie in Hongarije algemeen. Bij de afrekening kan men niet in € betalen, enkel met de visa kaart, als u cash wil betalen, worden forint omgezet naar € voor wat het hotel wil geven voor een €?? is niet correct |

Kinderfreundlich.Wellnessangebot vielfältig. Die klimatisierten Zimmer waren ein Segen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr unzureichend bestückt. Lange Wartezeiten für das Nachfüllen. Keine Abwechslung. Daran müssten sie noch arbeiten. |

Balatonhoz közeli, új szálloda. A szoba kellemes, amely otthonos hangulatot áraszt - kellemes mind a szoba, mind a terasz mérete. 1.A fürdőszoba enyhén zsúfolt - bár funkcióiban jól használható. 2.
