Everything from check-in to check-out was fantastic. We loved our large comfortable room with a balcony which remained cool despite high temperatures outside. The service was very attentive without being intrusive, whether at reception, in the bar/restaurant or in the garden. The restaurant menu, as well as its choice of wine and cigars was excellent. |

Beautiful setting and wellness center. One receptionist(Laszlo) was particularly welcoming and helpful. Hotel information book and posters either in Hungarian only or German translation. With above exception the staff doesn't speak english and doesn't care. Restaurant to be avoided at all cost. Dinner was atrocious. Meager room amenities. Reading lamp so high up the wall as to light up whole room. Strong and persistent smell of fires in lobby and corridors. |

Ystävällinen palvelu. Hotellin henkilökunta puhui hyvin englantia, kun muutoin kaupungilla puhuttiin unkarin lisäksi vain saksaa. Julkinen liikenne kaupungin keskustaan ja takaisin todella vähäistä. |

Die Nähe zum hoteleigenen Strand war sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war durchaus großzügig und gut. Die Strandbar... sehr gut! Der hoteleigene Strand ist ziemlich klein und nicht wirklich abgetrennt von den öffentlichen Stränden. Die angegebene Entfernung zum Bahnhof entspricht nicht den Tatsachen! - Viel Weiter! |

De luxe en het comfort waren super. Medewerkers spreken beperkt een andere taal, maar indien iets niet begrepen werd, werd er een andere collega bijgehaald. Niets was te veel moeite. |

Wir fanden ein superschönes Flair und ein sich stets bemühendes Personal vor, welches auch der für uns beschämenden "Nie-zufriedenen-S-Klasse-fahrenden-gebotoxten-Neureichfraktion" stets Herr wurde. Der Fitnessraum ist unseres Erachtens das einzige große Manko im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der 4-Sterne-Klasse und auf Ungarn bezogen. |

Bardzo przyjemny hotel z miłą obsługą i świetną kuchnią...szczególnie obiadokolacje (warto dokupić). Blisko do Balatonu. Hotel ma swoją plażę z leżakami w cenie, czystą, miłą i przyjemną. Bardzo fajne SPA. Dodatkowe łóżko dla 3 osoby...twarda sofa (rozkładana). |

Heel mooie kamer en badkamer. Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Airco op de kamer goed te regelen. Personeel was matig vriendelijk en sprak naast Hongaars bitter weinig andere talen. Schandalig voor een 4sterren hotel!We hebben op de kamer ook "ongedierte" aangetroffen (keverachtige van 2 cm). Het personeel was hierover niet verbaasd en is meegegaan om het ongedierte te pakken.De volgende ochtend wisten ze blijkbaar van niets meer! (foto van ongedierte in ons bezit) |

sehr gutes Verhältnis der Göße des Hotels und allen Einrichtungen im Bezug auf die Anzahl der Gäste sehr sehr salziges (versalzenes) Essen. ausnahmslos alles Essen (Fleisch, Kartoffeln, Eier etc.) das war besonders unangenehm, da wir ein Kleinkind (2 Jahre) und ein Baby haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet eröffnete immer (!) 15 bis 20 min nach 7:00 (kleine Babys stehen zwischen 5 und 6 Uhr auf ...) |
