Tres bel et bon hotel ou l'on se sent à l'aise des l'arrivée. Seul petit bémol,le peu de personne parlant une langue étrangère..... |

Everything from check-in to check-out was fantastic. We loved our large comfortable room with a balcony which remained cool despite high temperatures outside. The service was very attentive without being intrusive, whether at reception, in the bar/restaurant or in the garden. The restaurant menu, as well as its choice of wine and cigars was excellent. |

Beautiful setting and wellness center. One receptionist(Laszlo) was particularly welcoming and helpful. Hotel information book and posters either in Hungarian only or German translation. With above exception the staff doesn't speak english and doesn't care. Restaurant to be avoided at all cost. Dinner was atrocious. Meager room amenities. Reading lamp so high up the wall as to light up whole room. Strong and persistent smell of fires in lobby and corridors. |

Hotel looked new, well cleaned, lots of possiblities to relax/wellness. Hotel was good, only they could have invested more in staff, they barely spoke english, only at the reception a bit, and we had several diners, lunch and breakfasts in the hotel, and we only ran into one waiter who actually spoke good english. Thats maybe acceptable for a cheap hotel, but I'd expected better from a 4**** one |

the friendly gentleman that organised and did the massages. the location was nice too. the front of desk staff were not that helpful, and a smile every now and then would've been nice. |
