Hotel Római

Hotel staff were really helpful and there was also a fun dog in the hotel.

Breakfast was nothing special and on monday morning all the ingredients were run out before we get anything to eat.

The staff, not all of them but couple of them were kind of nice and very helpful, especially this young men, propably from the age of 20 and this young woman who had glasses also propably 20. Both of them were really nice.That is the only positive point.

Hotel room had a funny smell, there were no furnitures on the balcony (why was there even a balcony if one could not even sit there. Batterys were low from the remote control to the tv.There was a dog running through the hotel (it would not have been an issue if that dog would not have scared us on one night by mourning to us) But the most part that made sure we are never booking this hotel again was the breakfast. How dare you to put an announcement on "breakfast buffee" if there is sometimes even not enough food for EVERYONE??Your "hotel" should loose at least one of its stars, it should have at the most 2 stars. I will not ever recommend your hotel to anyone, on the contrary:I will tell everyone to avoid your hotel.

Sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ruhig. Dier Lage an der Donau ist schön. Mit Auto oder Taxi ist auch der Weg ins Zentrum von Budapest nicht wirklich weit.

Wir haben an einem Tag einen sehr guten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption angetroffen, der sehr versiert und hilfsbereit war. Am nächsten Tag gab es Probleme mit anderen Mitarbeitern. Wir konnten mit keiner Kreditkarte, weder Visa noch Bankomat, bezahlen, weil der Apparat nicht funktionierte und in Euro konnte uns niemand Restgeld herausgeben. Das sollte unbedingt verbessert werden.
