The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, they have their own parkplace under the hotel. Location is very nice, it is at the old town. A lot of coffee shop and reastaurants are nearby, we were fully satisfied ! Nothing, it was all fine for us.

Clean room, good location, friendly staff. It's not romantic at all... it's simply one big kitsch. :-) Apart from this the only problem was, that someone started to clean the room next to us at six in the morning.

Staff very helpful. Great location in the center. Air conditioning would have been helpful. Janett very helpful. The place is OLD and certainly not "Roamntik." They have elevator but still have to lug bags up stairs depending on your room.

Locatia excelenta, cu tenta medievala si boema in acelasi timp. Holul principal care se invecineaza cu zona unde se serveste micul dejun e atent decorata, mobilier vechi si covoare pe care nu trec neobservate; personal foarte amabil. Recomandam macar o cina romantica la restaurantul hotelului, cu atat mai mult cu cat clientii hotelului au reducere; meniurile sunt prezentate artistic, astfel incat sa nu plictiseasca nici ca aspect si nici ca gust. Parcarea e asigurata contra cost intr-un garaj inghesuit si, desi mai era un loc liber, cu SUV nu am incaput intre 2 masini si a trebuit sa iesim cu greu pe unde am intrat, o panta abrupta de intrare, si sa ne cautam un alt loc de parcare, platit bineinteles. O bataie de cap nedorita. Decoratiunile cu flori din plastic prezente si in restaurantul hotelului ne-au indispus si cu greu ne-am abtinut sa nu le zicem ca mai bine fara nimic decat cu alea... Nu stiu cum aveau baia alte camere, dar a noastra era extrem de stramta. Poate ziceti ca nu conteaza, dar daca stai mai multe nopti, se simte.

Die Mitarbeiter sprachen alle Deutsch und waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und wirklich o.k. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Es war keine Hotelinformation verfügbar. Der Hinweis auf die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage wäre hilfreich gewesen.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de mooie kamer met de nodige luxe. Gelegen in het oude centrum van Gyor. Gezellige avondsfeer in en om het hotel. Zeer goed vertrekpunt om verschillende andere plaatsen te bezoeken. Het enigste minpuntje was de inrit van de garage.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Das Hotel war vor 20 Jahren vielleicht mal romantisch - Inneneinrichtung total veraltet und wirkt eher "verstaubt" - die 4 Sterne sind auf keinen Fall gerechtfertigt und der Preis nicht angemessen. Zufahrt zum Hotel und Parkmöglichkeit eher schwierig !

Wyposażenie i aranżacja wnętrz, przenoszą gościa do epoki XIX wieku, jednocześnie zapewniając wszelkie potrzeby dla dobrego wypoczynku po podróży i wieczornym zwiedzaniu miasta. Sympatyczny personel recepcji. Spokojne, ciche miejsce. Wygodny garaż Brak wyraźnego oznakowania dojazdu na niewielkim odcinku od słupków blokadowych do hotelu

Die Lage in der Altstadt von Györ ist hervorragend.Sehr freundliche und bemühte MitarbeiterInnen! Die Ein- und vor allem Ausfahrt aus der Hotel-Garage ist vor allem bei einem großen Auto eine Herausforderung (sehr schmal und sehr steil)! Die Ausstattung / Einrichtung entspricht nicht wirklich einem modernen 4-Stern-Hotel; das Bad ist sehr eng! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist "basic".

Uns hat die Lage des Hotels mitten in der Altstadt von Györ sehr gefallen. Wir fanden es schade, dass das Restaurant während unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen hatte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mittelmäßig. Insgesamt gesehen sind vier Sterne für das Hotel nicht gerechtfertigt.

die Lage ist gut, Frühstück schlechte Qualität.altes Brot für 4Sterne unmöglich Zuhfahrt ist ein Erlebnis von der anderen Seite,Kein Parkplatz man muß die Garage nehmen.

možnost parkování v uzavřené podzemní hotelové garáži,poloha hotelu v centru, příjemný interiér. Malý negativ byla nedostatečná zvuková izolace od vedlejších pokojů a chodby,( pokud jsou jejich hosty hlučnější jedinci, může to být velmi nepříjemné.)
