Location, hotel (lots of flowers both at the interior and exterior of the hotel), breakfast area, rooom decoration We were charged an outrageous extra 20eur for a 5kg dog (and were told that would be charged _that_ the moment we showed up so the amount was by no means proportional to the extra cleaning efforts) |

The hotel room was spacious and well appointed, even with a good desk and comfortable arm chairs and a table, which is always welcome. While it can be a little difficult to find at first, the hotel is right in th eheart of Gyor, so you can put the car into the garage and not take it out again. Most of all, the first class restaurant offered us a superlative meal, and the breakfasts were also extremely good. |

I liked the location (small quiet street) and the breakfast was good. It is called ''romantic', but the hotel has nothing 'romantic' in particular. Everything is very standard like service, furniture in the room, bathroom, etc. Internet was not available on the second floor, while on the website is mentioned that free internet is available in all hotel rooms. |

Manager helped us hire a private driver to take us to a local village where my family was from originally -- he was wonderful. Also recommended a fabulous restaurant for dinner. Location of this hotel is great for walking around the city center. Dining area needed to be refreshed. |

Das PErsonal war besonders nett. DIe Massage, das Sauna waren super! Ich wurde ein Angebot gegeben, wo Halbpension gestanden ist. Das Restaurant war zu am Samstag Abend. Aber ich habe eine Kompensation bekommen. |

Die verbindung zu einem sehr gutem Restaurant. Die küche des hoteleigenen Restaurants ist exquisit. Die Lage des Hotels im Stadtinnerem ist sehr vorteilhaft Die Zimmer sind manchmal sehr komisch umgebaut, ich hatte schon Zimmer auf mehreren Etagen, aber auch richtig luxuriöse Suiten |

Die hervorragende Lage und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Das Restaurant ist sehr gepflegt mit hervorragendem Service und bester Küche. Die Zimmer sind etwas sehr einfach für diese Kategorie, billige Türen, alte schmudlige Teppiche. Die neuen Einrichtungen sind sehr einfach gebaut. |

A sua localização na parte antiga da cidade de Gyor e do ar limpo e com gosto do quarto O aspecto das instalações do piso da entrada e do acesso aos quartos não corresponde à ideia que tenho de um hotel de 4 estrelas |

Veldig god service og meget hyggelig betjening, nattevakt. Super frokost i koselige omgivelser. Fine rom, rengjøring etter at vi forlot hotellrommet.Hotell med "sjel". |

Camera e bagno grandi e puliti, ottima cucina, posizione eccellente in pieno centro e in zona tranquilla, personale cortese. abbiamo molto apprezzato lo stile bohemiènne del salone / Room an bathroom big and clean, great food, excellent position in a quiet and central street, kind and helpful staff. we really liked the main salon's bohemiènne style |

Rustige ligging in middeleeuwse centrum van Gyor. Goede en veilige parkeergelegenheid voor de auto. Goede airconditioning. Schoonheid van badkamer liet te wensen over. |

La ubicación, esta bastante centrica en relación con el casco antigüo, el trato en la recepción. El hotel esta ubicado en una zona que tiene dificil acceso y cuesta llegar a el incluso con navegador. El acceso al parking puede ser dificultoso para algunos conductores. Considero que es un hotel de 3 estrellas, no de cuatro |
