Hotel Romantik Eger  

This is not high end accomadation but a nice little b&b for one night it has a perfect location.VERY Helpful reception staff.It is 5mins walk to the old town and a 20 minute walk to the Valley of Beautiful Women for wine tasting, which was our main purpose. Breakfast was a simple continental but presented nicely and topped up regularly!!! I would probably suggest that the decor of the rooms could be upgraded. ...but they were clean and comfortable.

Bit dated has great potential to be a upgraded.

The hotel was conveniently located for the pedestrian area of Eger. The staff were helpful. For example they provided us with tea in the evening when we asked for it.

We could clearly hear the toilets being used in adjoining rooms.

Nice hotel, close to the main attractions with very friendly and helpful staff.Out room had a pleasant garden view.

Friendly and helpful owner, with very good English. Staff with competent English. Both owner and staff made good suggestions about things to see and restaurants.

Minor (to me) complaints about my room: tv didn't function; nor did safe.

The hotel staff are excellent and very willing to help you. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Eger and a 5 minute walk to the bus station. There is also a wonderful peaceful relaxing shaded garden at the back of the hotel. Breakfasts are also great. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family and plan on returning.

It is in a very good location, close to the city center and bus station. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful.

The best of the Hotel are the service persons. They have been really helpful and supportive. The location of the hotel is near by the city center. Great to explore the town.

For one night it is just ok. There are not so much rooms at the back side of the hotel and the rooms to the front are for sure loud, depends they are just to close to the main road. Had luck, they gave me a room in the back yard. Room has been incredibly hot, with out the air condition, I will not survive. I couldn't found the reason for that.

This small but excellent hotel met all our needs. It was scenic, the staff were friendly and knoledgeable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent. A unique feature was the hotel garden and the welcoming drink. I would recommend it to anyone. It is close (5 minutes from the scenic areas of Eger). Bravo to the management for a most excellent stay.
