Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The bar was looking nice, but it was always closed early. The photos on the internet are very mischieving!!! Old hotel, old furniture, not good for frequent travellers who are used to certain cleanness...The towels were "almost" white, that's why I had to wipe myself dry with paper napkins agter the shower. Breakfast was poor also; if you go before 8 a.m. it's a bit better, there is still some food left. |

Friendly and welcoming, massive rooms, easy access to Budapest centre via car,bus and Tram. Not Central city, in a more relaxed and quiet neighborhood. |

It was nice that the Spa and indoor pool was included in the Rate. also the Breakfast buffet was great. I would reccomend it and stay there again. |

You could not get any food after 21.30 as i was a late arrival and had nothing to eat i found this a bit disappointing, but in fairness the person on reception made a good number of phone calls and he managed to provided a sandwich. |

La situation était parfaite pour moi qui ne désirais pas être en centre ville. Le SPA est très bien. Les chambres sont tout à fait correctes et propres. J'ai regretté qu'aucun membre du personnel ne parle français. Je dois séjourner à nouveau à Budapest en janvier et cette lacune me pose un gros problème.et je vais devoir m'orienter autrement. Le personnel devrait être plus souriant. |

le spa est correct et l hotel est propre.bon petit dejeuner personnel incompétent.Ne parle pas bien anglais. .Il s prennent un pourcentage sur les taxis en majorant le prix et si on veut appeler une autre compagnie on doit aller à la cabine téléphonique à 100 metres!!!incroyable pour un 4 etoiles.restaurant peu recommandablehotel tres loin du centre c'est à préciser quand on ne connait pas budapest |

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Mit dem Bus und anschließend der U-Bahn ist man in ca. 25 Minuten im Zentrum der Stadt. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel fahren bis 24.00 Uhr. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich. |

El Spa por eso elegimos el Hotel. Habia mucho ruido ,nuestra habitacion estaba en el pasillo por el que se accedia al restaurante para desayunar, la habitacion contigua a la nuestra era del servicio de limpieza del hotel con lo cual desde las 6:00 am habia movimiento.El desayuno no se correspondia con la categoria de un hotel de 4 estrellas. |
