It was the best oprion available in Booking com, unfurtunely Novotel was not available. The room confort is too poor. |

This is a family run hotel and all obviously take their part. The breakfasts are wonderful and are more brunch than breakfast. The variety and quality offered was amazing. Gourmet but they did not offer dinner at this time of year. |

This is a superior hotel. The walk to Heviz Spa was 10 minutes. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was magnificant. I thought about canceling the rest of my trip and just staying here. |

Very accommodating staff that went out of its way to be helpful. Nice breakfast in a bright room. Although this hotel is not clustered with the high-priced ones closer to the therman lake, it only took us about five minutes to walk there from the Hotel Sante. It was a little difficult to find. Directions should mention the big, blue church at the top of the hill. |

This hotel is really great for couples, who want to relax and enjoy their free time.. There is a whirpool and sauna which is very pleasant. And room had a balcony where you can sit and drink Hungarian wine. And very nice and friendly hotel staff. It was a little bit hard to find it. |

Modern, very clean and comfortable hotel. Good and beautifully presented breakfast buffet. Fairly handy for Heviz lake and town centre. A little too cold, austere and unatmospheric for my tastes. |

La habitación que nos asignaron era bastante amplia, con mucha luz y cómoda. El desayuno variado y correcto aunque carecía de bollería dulce. Un poquito difícil de localizar la primera vez. |

Небольшой семейный отель в курортном городе,сервис,персонал на уровне,стараются,но не перебарщивают. Усовершенствовать местоположение - невозможно,пару кварталов ниже к озеру и цены бы ему не было,но скорее всего тогда была бы и другая цена)) |

Plezierig, niet al te groot hotel op ca 10-15 minuten lopen van het bekende Thermaa-lbad in Heviez. Bij aankomst kon slechts met moeite een kamer zoals gereserveerd gekregen worden. Gevolg van een reservering voor een grote familiegroep. Begrijpelijk. |
