Sarokhaz Panzio  

Ho soggiornato in quest'albergo per la prima notte a Budapest, perchè siamo atterrati tardi all'aeroporto e ci tornava più semplice dormire nei dintorni. All'arrivo abbiamo chiamato l'albergo e ci ha mandato subito una navetta a prenderci al modico prezzo di 6 euro. Il giorno dopo la stessa navetta ci ha accompagnato all'albergo dove abbiamo poi soggiornato per I restanti 5 giorni e il costo è stato lo stesso. E' un alberghetto molto carino e tenuto molto bene. Lo staff è eccellente. Molto cortese e disponibile ed I prezzi sono decisamente accessibili. La colazione non è proprio abbondante ma considerando che è un pò in mezzo al nulla è quasi d'obbligo farla lì, ma visti I prezzi è fattibile.

La struttura è molto comoda è vicinissima all'aeroporto (t1), la camera è pulita, calda e spaziosa. La reception è aperta 24 h su 24 h e parlano inglese, esiste una navetta da e per l'aeroporto, e un servizio taxi per la città (a ns. Parere carissimo)

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e struttura molto confortevole.

Close proximity to the Airport

Evening meal was nearly cold, and the bead at breakfast was rather stale and unappealing.

I liked the triple rooms but would also like to be able to book a family room for four people (2 adults and 2 teens) as we are returning to Hungary next summer.

No complaints but we would have liked to have been able to make our own tea/coffee in our room. The breakfast was ok but was especially limited and at 1,500 foreint each person it was expensive for one of our party who is a vegatarian. No attempt was made to cater for her E.G. one fork was used for both the cheese and the ham and salami so she obviously couldn't even eat the cheese!!

It was convient near the airport after an oversees flight . It was not communicated to us that their was a shuttle available from the airport to the hotel. The website did not tell us this.

We booked a double room. The room is very small . No room for our suitcases. The bathroom was not comfortable . The water of the shower run all over the bathroom floor. No proper shower stall. The supply of towels was the worsed. Very thin old towels and we received only one towel each . No extra towel in the bathroom . Not enough toilet paper available. The water tap in the bathroom is controlled and one has to push at least 3 times to wash your hands. The shower water needs to be pushed constantly and stops after a second. What a pain to wash your hair . No Shampe or Shower soap available. The breakfast was very poor and the omelette was tasteless. To pay 6.00 per person for such a breakfast is unbelieveble. Very poor service.

Very good personnel. Really very helpful. The room is simple but enough clean. The shuttle bus really works. The way to the airport and also back from the airport after calling them up. The parking is also satisfactory and more price attractive than directly in the airport. They all speak quite good english. Easy to communicate to them.

The bathroom too small but for this type of hotels for the price they offer it is satisfactory.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is near to the airport. That is the main reason why I stayed there. The restaurant is good.

We booked the room for only an overnight as our flight out was early in the morning. This hotel was close to the airport and the rental car place which we wanted for ease of getting out at 4am. It is about a 30 minute drive to downtown Budapest and a little difficult to find on the road as there are tons of other businesses and signs on both sides of the road so look carefully. Staying for only the one night we didn't experience any of the services but the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant but we ate in Budapest.

Great location, close to the airport, shuttle service to airport is great, very quiet and pleasant facility.

We chose the Panzio because our flight from Italy arrived after midnight. We called the Panzio when we landed, and they quickly sent their van to pick us up. The Panzio is just 5 minutes from the airport. The room was very comfortable, and we purchased the breakfast, which was decent. The staff was helpful, and they made sure to drop us at the train station in time to catch our train (which we missed anyways because the automatic ticket machine didn't work, but that's another story!).

I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower. I'm sure the staff would have showed me if I'd asked, but I ended up skipping it.
