A slight feeling of intruding in the house

Friendly staff who were helpful, lovely old style decor and great location in the centre of the old town

It is so centrally located that we could walk anywhere in Eger. Good food and excellent dining. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful, spacious rooms and parking nearby. Excellent location.

Service in the restaurant was poor. In the morning we went for a stroll and returned about 10.30am. All our personal items and luggage had been removd from the room for cleaning!!! Very disappointed and complained to the manager who did not appear concerned.

The hotel is just off the square and thus very convenient once we arrived there. The hotel is difficult to find, however, we parked at the tourist office and walk to it. They were very helpful showing us the way to the hotel by following them in their car. Another exceptional thing they did was that we did not get around to eating dinner until it was too late (the city closes up early). But they rounded up some cheese and bread after their kitchen was closed - very accommodating!

The bed was very hard, but we found this to be the case throughout the area.

Great location. Hotel situated on a beatutiful square. Beautiful building. Ground floor level (Reception area, breakfast room) very cosy and nice. Free internet access. The owner/manager is very nice and helpful. Good restaurant. Good point is the free car park located only 200 yards from the hotel, that's convenient!

I did not like the quality of the room. Really out of date. Rooms on the second floor are under the roof, so it gets really hot and suffocating in there, even in April! Besides, the room I got needs some refreshing and some kind of new furniture, like a new tv set!

Kameralny i przytulny hotelik z idealnym polozeniem przy centralnym placu Egeru, cichy i spokojny. Idealny punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania Egeru oraz korzystania z kapielisk.

Mała powierzchnia pokoi. Mnie to nie przeszkadzało, ale rodzinie z dziećmi może być trochę ciasno.

Vi boede i et dejligt anneks ca. 100m fra hotellet, hvilket betød at vi selvom vi boede midt i byen var væk fra evt. larm. Der var en dejlig gårdhave med overdækket terrasse. Rigtig hyggeligt og pænt. Hotellet har en god restaurant. Eger er en dejlig by at besøge.
