Os funcionários foram muito afáveis e o director do Hotel teve uma atenção muito especial para connosco. Tudo isto tornou a estadia neste hotel inesquecível Batiam à porta várias vezes de manhã , ainda cedo para arrumarem o quarto...Tocou o telefone as 6,30h , sem ninguém pedir- |

Adorei a localização do Hotel, no centro, muito perto de restaurantes, lojas, salas de concerto, monumentos. A vista, para quem fica virado para o Castelo, é sublime. |

Localização às margens do Danúbio é muito bela. Importante haver melhorias no serviço de buffet e do restaurante - café frio e garçom derrubando água nos clientes impressiona mal. Além disso, é muito inadequado um hotel desse padrão cobrar o café da manhã à parte. Aliás, cobrar pelo uso de internet é bastante deselegante. |

Every thing from the location to the view. Staff were so supportive and the service was more than expected. The overview of the luxury room was just amazing. Didn't have to leave my room for most of time. I will definetly choose it again. |

Location We payed the hotel 2 months earlier and when we arrived they said they had a problem and they wanted to move us to the Marriot which is not the same quality hotel, much older. After 1hour talking to the staff they were able to book us in the hotel |

Excellent location, right in the center of the city. Excellent hotel with international standard. Room was not exactly as reserved, but we could move to correct one after just one night. |

We had a room overlooking the Danube and the Chain Bridge. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. |

great and spacy rooms, excellent beds, excellent room service, splendid view Small things, but might need improvement for this class of hotels: 1. Please check batteries in remote control and keyboard, 2. Please clean tables so that no crumbs and coffee spills remain 3. Please reduce the volume of the music in the restaurant. |

Good facilities, service, and good value. Internet service is expensive in Hungary; but the hotel does provide free 5 minutes use of their computer in the 24 hour Business Center. |

It is really a luxury hotel with a good location plus nice city view. it is near shopping center also. There were security all over the hotel. I was a beat nervous about this matter. |
