Restaurant & breakfast just way too expensive

Great location close to almost all the major tourist sites. Tram stop was available outside the hotel and a metro station was very close to it. Furthermore the shopping center was on 200m walking distance. Very friendly staff and excellent room.

the tv, your channel selection is very very poor for a uk visitor and the lag when changing channel was ridiculous, for a hotel of your class you let yourself down with the standard of the entertainment

Excellent location, clean comfortable rooms. Superb views from the riverside rooms which are a must if staying here.

Location! In the middle of everything. We were upgraded and the room was spacious with a little river view. The staff were super nice, the hotel is clean and I love it all.

I woke up in the middle of the night, sweating...they hadn't turned the air conditioning on yet, so that was a bit of a bummer.

Perfect stay with beautiful full view of the river. It was more than we expected. We got a bottle of champaigne as a surprise on the room since we were there on our anniversary. Perfect start of the week-end. Very helpfull staff that showed us where to go when clubbing or dining. I can really recommend this hotel to everyone. In all rooms on the 7th floor you can smoke.

We used the pool for one night (it was ok). We were told that it was included in the price but when we got home there was a deposit drawn from my visacard for about 90euros. And since we did not use anything from the minibar or break anything I think it was drawn from using the pool. It was very hot and I don't think the aircondition worked. However we never asked the staff about it.

Helpful staff Location (great for walking around Budapest)

The hotel is located ideally in the city cetre just in front of the Chain Bridge. From the hotel room I stayed you have a magnificent view on the castle. While the hotel offeres very dear breakfast buffet, you can order it à la carte, E.G. a coffee and two croissants for approx. Eur 5 - 6.

The fitness facility is too small for the accomodation capacity of the hotel, E.G. there is only one treadmill. The room service took one hour after I ordered. First they said it would take 30min and then called me after 25min to say it wold take another 30min, which ist not professional and you do not expect at a 5-star-hotel.

It has central position for traveling, everything is in walking distance. Hotel has big and beautiful lobby with a full size airplane at top :)

In our room we could here neighbors from nearby room.

We've checked the option for smoking room via booking.com, but got a non-smoking one, without a possibility to change it, and with no prior notification.

The location of this hotel is quite good. Also, view is very beautiful.

I booked a luxury room. I got a room on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view over the river, chain bridge and the caste. From the left side the view was covered by the Intercontinental Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed comfort beyond description - it was "MyBed" system. Location was perfect. Free Wi-fi in the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful.

I liked everything

We love the view, the Budim castle and Chain link bridge were illuminated and decorated for the Christmass and the view was breathtaking. The main walking and shopping street is just around the corner. The location in general is one of the best hotel's characteristic. I have enjoyed the excellent service and the view from the Paris restaurant that is also facing the river and Budim castle.

Parking but it was well advertized that its not part of the package and hotel concernierge helped us out.

Location is great and the hotel lobby is nice

Paying a premium for a hotel room, one would expect the basic 5 star service standard which is not provided. The room furnishings are old and the worst part is the showerhead water pressure is so low you cannot take a shower. This is very disappointing as these rooms are checked and cleaned everyday and for them not to have fixed it is a shame. I had to call several times during my stay and until the 2nd day the engineer came but was not able to fix it. Service is poor

-Comfortable & clean room, beds, bathroom; nice view & great location -luxury amenities (Hermes) -great choice for b/fast including healthy food -pet friendly -most of the staff very professional and friendly -we were repetitive guests and we noticed in January 2013 a drop in the service quality vs. April 2012

-The night of January 1st, the hot water was very poor and after a long trip being tired and having flue, my dream was to comfort myself having a hot bath, but unfortunately was not the case!! -Night stand lamp missing the bulb was exchanged only after asking the reception 3 times -bath robes missing, were provided after asking several times -1st room we got (based on 65 euro upgrade) had the "airco" making the noise of an helicopter taking off; after complaining we have been moved in a nice room -65 euro upgrade giving "unlimited" access to the executive launch was a different concept of executive launch, and the 1st evening by the time we reached the launch (8 pm) the staff was taking the food out of the launch; despite the fact we have been late arrival, the reception sold us the benefits of the launch on arrival (little before 8 pm) by misleading or by lack of communication between the reception and the executive launch management; several hotel guests were in the same situation, we ended by stilling food from the trolley ..... how embarrassing was for all of us!! -Despite the 65 euro upgrade that included the b/fast, reception did not communicate the info to the b/fast staff, thus in the morning we have been questioned at the entrance of the b/fast launch being in an uncomfortable situation -the morning of the January 3rd, hotel occupancy was very high and b/fast area was like a zoo; the management should thought to make two food stations, moreover by opening a supplementary room far away from the food counter -garage fee/night extremely expensive!!

service in bar could be better. Very slow . Felt ignored the only time we used it.
