Wellness facilities I've asked for a quiet room in my booking. I asked not to close to the elevator. Interestingly I've got the first by the elevator, so all the other 70 rooms guest passed my door. As a bonus the service rooom was also 2 meters distance. Staff was careless, and incomptent to handle.

Stayed alone and fully enjoyed the hotel. The Spa is amazing with all the choices you have, the relaxing sitting arrangement, couches, etc. The staff was nice and friendly. For singles, it is advisable to avoid weekend, if you want some quality time, it gets very crowded with families. If you have treatments (rather expensive!) German is almost a must for non hungarian speakers. Staff from the wellness could not speak English except at the reception center.

Die fantastische Badelandschaft, die geräumigen Zimmer und das exquisite Restaurant (Frühstück im Wintergarten / eleganter Speisesaal). Unaufmerksame Rezeption: der "runde" Geburtstag meiner Frau wurde ignoriert - keine Blume, kein Gruß. Irgendwie enttäuschen für ein so tolles Haus.

мы в этом отеле второй раз.Всё было чудесно. Питание,персонал,процедуры и бассейны.Получили всё ,что хотели. Как-то странно работали аттракционы в бассейнах.

Großzügiges Ambiente, freundliche Mitarbeiter Einrichtungstil etwas zu kitschig. Badezimmerutensilien waren nur für eie Person vorhanden bei 2 Personen-Buchung. Lagebedingt erfolgt die Anreise über Bundesstrasse mit sich eher ziehender Fahrtstrecke.

A hangulata,ami egyedülálló.40 Országban jártam,így van összehasonlítási alapom.Szépek a részletek és remek az összhang. A wellness részlegben rapszódikus a különböző funkciók bekapcsolási ideje.Vagy nyomógombra kellene,hogy működjenek,vagy a vendégszámtól függően kellene irányitani a személyzetnek.Ez inkább vendégbarát lenne és talán gazdaságosabb is.

все нравится, отдыхал в этом отеле не первый раз. сервис приличный, питание и обслуживание на высоком уровне. спа процедуры - отлично. персонал любезен. 1. отсутствие русскоговорящих работников на основной рецепции и рецепции спа. по аглийски - понимают с трудом. 2. В 2010-2012 г. постельное белье, полотенца - меняли каждый день. Сейчас началась халтура - через день-два.

Das Zimmer war relativ groß und sauber, der SPA Bereich war super. Sarvar an sich ist eher verschlafen, ausserhalb vom Hotel kann man wenig unternehmen (bzgl. Lokale - fortgehen).
