The extreme helpfulness of the staff & the hotel's close proximity to the dog show at which I was an exhibitor.. The fact that the hotel was ok about accepting dogs. The closed private parking at rear of hotel. The lack of curtains to block out light in room; hideous noise from stadium next door on Saturday afternoon! |

Accesul la sala sport , parcarea pazita, mancarea traditionala, traficul rutier din zona este redus. Pregatirea personalului pentru a reusi conversatii in cat mai multe limbi de circulatie. |

приветливый персонал; хорошее отношение к животным; чистота не только в отеле но и на прилегающей зеленой зоне усовершенствовать ассортимент шведского стола; увеличить время работы ресторана при гостинице и/или рум сервис; сделать акцент на блюдах национальной кухни; добавить полноценные карты города в виде бесплатной или платной услуги; добавить информации об отеле и городе в папки в номерах; конкретизировать информацию об дополнительных услугах (например прачечная или пользование утюгом) |

Kamers waren goed zo ook de bedden, badkamer was wat aan de kleine kant Het is een sporthotel wij waren de enige gasten die geen sporters waren voor de rest veel natinale en internationale taems aanwezig.Die avond was er een bruiloft dus konden daar niet eten terwijl het wel met restaurant is , de volgende morgen met het ontbijt moesten we volgens het pesoneel maar in een andere ruimte gaan eten dan ons vantevoren was aangegeven omdat er nog meer sporters kwamen, dit hebben we niet geaccepteerd en zijn gewoon aan een tafel gaan zitten en hebben gebruik gemaakt van een prima ontbijtbuffet. |

A környezet, ahol a Hotel található szép, rendezett, csendes, a kiszolgálás udvarias. A fürdőszobába kihelyezett törölközők szakadtak voltak. Nem volt kikészítve szappan, sampon, zuhanysapka,a zuhanykabinban nem áll rendelkezésre tusfürdő. A lepedő frotír, ami nem olyan komfortos számomra, mint a vászon. |

Das Hotel hat einen sehr sportlichen Charakter. Es liegt direkt neben dem Fussballplatz. Allerdingst ist auch ein sehr schöner Stadtpark in der Nachbarschaft. Waschbecken im Bad etwas zu klein |

Restaurangen i byggnaden serverade god mat och hade bra service. Hotellet hade säker parkeringsplats med grind och bevakning. Ett lugnt område med ringa trafik. Bra närhet till termalbad. Nära till spårvagn. Dator var inte alltid tillgänglig. |
