The hotel didn't look at all good from the outside looked very eastblock. But when we went through the door is was completely different. Fantastic staf, facilities and location of course was perfect. We went to see football and the hotel couldn't have been in a better place. Very similar to other football/soccer hotels I've been to before. Good gym and pool were great. Distance from the town centre but... the taxi's are cheap. I went there because of how close it was to the football arena,hence the name of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and we couldn't have asked for more. I was there with my son. Price was great as well. No negatives |

The hotel is in an excellent location, near subway station, with excellent connections to the sity center. The staf is friendly and helpfully, the rooms are clean, bright and spacious enough. Staying ina a hotel over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) was wery pleasant and heppy to return again. Bathroom is quite cramped, ther is not much room for personal belongings, and drain in the sink is partially blocked. |

It is a quite big hotel,is nice for short staying Very big and unpersonal. The location is not the best, because there isn't much to see around or even places to eat...The staff doesn't speak well english what can be complicated when you wish for informations. If you are alone at the hotel it is quite boring. Even the access to the internet in the room is paid. |

The hotel is close to everything (downtown, shopping, public transportation). It was nice that they included two of three meals. The maid kept on turning off our AC and opened the window. The hotel was extremely hot and uncomfortable. |

near to the metro and city park...free and big parking lot differences between hotel invoice and booking.com amount...i was lucky that i had copy of booking.com reservation so they charged me right at the end ...after 15 minutes of "negotiations" |

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. The swimmingpool, closeness to subway. Luckily travelling by car we had two extra pillows with us for the children. The one thin pillow per bed, without extra's in the room, would otherwise not have been enough for us. Perhaps extra pillows in the room a good idea. |

Everything was perfect! Very clean in the room, towels OK, rate (70 euro double), position, 10 minutes far from center with the subway. Arena mall very close, walking. All the rooms are a little windy, there is a device at the window in every room with a small hole for recirculating the air, I don't understand why |

Gym. The Internet was incredibly expensive. The Laundry service was incredibly expensive. I and my colleague were overcharged when checking out. This was eventually rectified and we were refunded €75 each. we did have to pay tax however which was supposed to be included in the price, according to the booking form. |
