Personal molt agradable i atent, oferta de lleure, comprensius en ajornament d'arribada per cancelació del vol. Instal·lacions molt noves. Cèntric, al costat de l'avinguda Andrássy. |

It was a great hotel with really good price.And its close to center.If i visit Budapest again i will stay there. I forgot my travel guide there and they were so kind and tried to send but i decided to leave it. :) |

Comfy, clean and silent hotel very close to the Central Train Station. The breakfast should not be charged, and being charged, not for 9 euros a day. |

Great value! You get more than what you paid for. We arranged for a taxi pick-up to the hotel, but when we reached, the cab driver charged us 2 Euros more than previously arranged with the hotel. When we told the hotel staff about it, they were apologetic and immediately called the taxi company to find out the reason for the discrepancy. Later they called our room and explained to us that the driver had to charge us for the extended parking fee (our train was late). Of course that was fine with us and they even explained that they would give feedback to the taxi company about such matters in future. Thumbs up for the attentive staff (and free cabled internet)! |

the location in the center was very good, the room -although business and more expensive- was basic and good, the parking was very good the breakfast for the price was very poor |

Good location as can just walk to the city centre and the river. Great views wehn you get down to the bank and not far from the metro. Lots of multi-lingual signs and helpful staff. |

friendly staff, clean rooms, nice cleaninglady that also cleaned the room in the afternoons, breakfast was okay, liked the fact that they refilled it with fresh food all the time, not just at the beginnng, room was fine, loved the balcony as mentioned before there was a balcony. I missed some furniture to sit down on though. there was only 1 chair in the room. an extra chair and a table would have been nice |

We liked the hotel in general, but particularly its quiet peace and very comfortable location in the downtown of Budapest. The building is new and all was in good condition, including the practical toilet room. Sometimes there was a distinct odour of some chemical in the corridor. |

Newly furnished hotel placed near city center.Estaba muy centrico y las habitaciones eran modernas. The room was really dirty. After our complaints they only sweeped it removing the rests of food laying on the floor but the we still got hairs in our sheets from a former customer and within the bathroom, the mirrors and bathtube remained uncleaned. La habitación estaba sucia y tras nuestra queja vinieron a limpiar pero solo barrieron el suelo quitando los resto de comida que había, dejaron las sábanas con pelos y el baño con espejos y cristales sucios |

We had a very spacious room in the 6th floor, esp. the beds were really comfortable. Also the breakfast was awesome. The hall in our floor was a little stinky and one member of the reception staff was very unhelpfull - but his colleagues were great. |

The hotel is located perfectly close to the city centre, also 2 different lines of metro. It was very easy to get to both Buda and Pest within few minutes. Perfect hotel for cityseeing. The streets surrounding hotel are not very clean and sometimes full of strangers. |

Close to railway station from airport (Terminal One). Predictable. Clean, efficient, comfortable. This is the second trip in which we have stayed at this hotel. When we stayed in Bratislava we were able to stay at a much cheaper hotel. Next time I will be more adventurous in Budapest and try to find something a bit cheaper. |
