Personal molt agradable i atent, oferta de lleure, comprensius en ajornament d'arribada per cancelació del vol. Instal·lacions molt noves. Cèntric, al costat de l'avinguda Andrássy. |

Not much to look on the outside but comparable to many 4* inside. Excellent location just off the main boulevard and walkable to most of the major sights. Plus points for being walkable from Nyugati train station if arriving from the Airport I can confirm the very strange smell in the hallways - kinda like bad fruit |

Room facilities are brand new. Location is close to city center. Staff was extremely helpful and provided us with excellent tourist information. Good value for money. The double room was smaller than the single room. There weren't enough towels. We asked for an additional pillow but we got an extra blanket. Smoking was not allowed outside in the garden. Not particularly attractive room view. |

Very helpfull staff. It was close to the Metro station. Clean rooms and fair price for parking. A lof of city sights can be easly reached on foot. |

Friendly staff, air con, good rooms The shower gel was not filled in one of the rooms. there is no breakfast making facility (I.E. a kettle) to make hot tea or coffee |

Location is excellent! The hotel looks very new, clean. The furniture is comfortable, air conditioning and the bathroom equipment work flawlessly. Stay at this hotel is just easy and pleasant. I would definitely come back again. It would be good to have wireless internet, small refrigerator and a kettle in the room. Also a restaurant at the hotel would be a nice addition. |

The hotel was clean, well designed and functional. Room fairly spacious with very nice bathroom and good powerful shower. Staff very nice, polite and helpful. The bar is open 24h and has a nice selection. Also the hotel was in a very interesting neighborhood, walking distance to everything - I really enjoyed my stay!!! |

You can catch a train from Terminal One at the airport to (Budapest Ferihegy) railway station, and then follow the signs to the hotel. The staff speak English, and you can use the internet. The pricing is in Euros and the hotel is part of a German chain. Although the hotel ticks all the boxes it is a little bit bland and impersonal. I noticed that other people complained about the smell from the carpets in the hallways. It smells almost like gas. On our second trip the liquid soap ran out, (not a big problem). If it was a hotel in the UK they would provide facilities for making tea and coffee in the hotel bedroom, (a kettle, milk, tea bags, and instant coffee granules). The reception staff were not well informed about free events in Budapest. |

Its location. We were very near Saint Stephen's Basilica, Opera House and Andrassy Avenue; and the tram routes and metro lines were within easy reach. |
