Price. Very modern hotel with good facitlities.

Very shabby area of the city and dodgy street. Was kept up most of the night with revelers out on Saturday night. Request a room not fronting on the street the hotel is on as mine was. No cancellation ability - they hit your card when you book.

I am a frequent customer at the hotel and I am never really disappointed on every visit.

There should be a WiFi coverage in all rooms and the Hotel as a whole.The options available are either the computer in the reception area or you get a internet cable for you laptop.I Personally find it rather uncomfortable because u sometimes want to use your laptop while lying down but you can't because movement with the internet cable is restricted.Technology has really advanced,so they need to use WiFi instead of the cables.

Quiet safe area, facilities modern and clean, good location

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel, with inderground parking.

It would be nice to have more warm food for breakfast, not only boiled eggs.

Access could be a problem for someone with mobility issues as appeared to have stairs only up to reception area.

The room was clean enough, it didn't smell like cigarettes etc. The bathroom was nice and there was a good hairdryer. The location was ok, metro and trams 4 and 6 near enough, california coffee around the corner.

The walls were quite thin, so had I not worn earplugs it might've been hard to sleep. The curtains weren't long enough so the sun shone straight into my eyes in the morning, which was rather unpleasant keeping in mind I booked the hotel hoping to sleep well in it.. One major minus comes from the fact there was no laundry service or even an iron to borrow!

The room was good, comfy, clean, good space, tv works, new furniture. The same for the lobby. Overall, the hotel has a fresh and clean look, and the check-in/out were fast enough.

There are a couple of small things missing in this hotel, specially about the service. For example, the bar only accepts cash (the system is completely unconnected with the reception, although it is just besides) and there is no snacks or any food available (not even machines) in the hotel except by the breakfast. No fridge or kettle in the rooms as well. There are though some places nearby for buying food and drinks. They have internet in the room, but you are supposed to bring your own cable, otherwise, wifi in the lobby that didn't work so smoothly. Generally speaking, for business this is not a good hotel. For a short holiday trip, it might be a good option. The smell in the corridor in the 4th floor was really disappointing.

The hotel is okay but nothing special. We like to walk so the location was fine, you can reach the danubio river in 10 minutes walking. It`s like an Ibis. I could stay here one more time.

Nothing, I know how much I paid, it`s not a five star hotel so it offer great value for money

Nice hotel in a good central location. Excellent staff! the best i ever saw! Very good ratio price- quality. Very easy to reach every destination.
