Hotelli oli uusi ja siisti, pidin modernista sisustuksesta Aamupala ei ollut 10e arvoinen, esim. hedelmät vaikuttivat vanhoille. Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut lämmitystä, joten siellä oli tosi kylmä |

The rooms were small, but convenient and very clean.The shower is great. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is superb! Only 5-10 minutes walk and you're in the middle of the city centre. I think a drawer in the room would be nice, cause now you only have a table and a closet to put your stuff inn. Because of this the room looked a bit disorganised. I also think that the breakfast is to expensive for what is offered, although the variety of bread is very good. |

The hotel staff was really nice and competent. The room was clean and the bed really big :). The breakfast was pretty tasty. The coffee seved during breakfast was too weak. It was like some kind coffee-drink. The internet connection should be wireless. |

This place has an excellent staff that are very friendly and helpful. It's extremely modern and clean with rooms that are small but quite nice. It's really an unbelievable value. No wireless Internet, but they provide an ethernet cable for their very speedy (and free) wired service. |

The room was rather small but very comfortable and clean. The furniture and equipment were all new and clean and the design was pretty. You can have your room cleaned and towels changed every day if you inform the staff (by leaving a card on a door handle). It was very warm, which is important in winter in Budapest. The location is good too - a few minutes to two metro lines and in the centre of Budapest. A bit noisy - you could hear noises from other rooms and from a corridor. But it wasn't too tiresome. Also once we've heard someone hammering for quite some time at 8.30 a.m. (a bit annoying if you like / have to sleep longer). But all in all, these are small things, and we strongly recomend this hotel. |

We were very pleased with this newly opened hotel as it is bright,clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very pleasant to deal with. The hotel is well located -close to many of the city attractions, the metro, tram and bus routes. |

Clean Rooms, modern look, nice bathroom. Low price It's terrible that You do not have a wireless Internet. It's awfull. We had an iPhone and Nokia n71 smartphone - both of them has Wi-Fi, but has no opportunity to use wired connection. You have a modern hotel, so having no Wi-Fi is realy a big shame for You. Also parking should be free/much more cheaper for hotel clients. |

The staff was very friendly and made every effort to accomondate my family's needs. A+ The breakfast (and coffee and tea) is quite expensive, which is why I went down the street (very close) to get some food each morning. |

clean and sufficiently confortable. Not a luxury hotel but it has everything you need. We found an excellent rate. I would recommend it for a 2-3 days city trip the bed was a bit too hard and there was no minibar in the room |

The location is great, very close to all major attractions. The cleanliness and presentation of the room added to our experience as did the very good heating (which is much needed when staying in Budapest during winter). The cable internet connection was very quick. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were more than happy to hold our bags for us after checkout as our departure from Budapest was scheduled for later in the day. The room although adequate for the price paid was on the small side. |
