Ubicado cerca de las zonas turisticas, 10 minutos andando, estacion metro cerca.Hablan espanol,preguntar por Nora.Habitacion muy limpia y muy grande. Desayuno incluido escaso, hay que pagar extra para un continental. |

Es muy céntrico, al lado de la principal estación de metro La limpieza del baño era precaria. Las instalaciones comunes son casi inexistentes. El desayuno continental es muy escaso, sólo hubo fruta el primer día y después no la volvieron a sacar. El edificio es horrible. |

La situacion centrica, tranquilo, habitaciones amplia y nuevas. Personal de recepcion simpatico y amable. La reserva de booking fue de 315 euros, mas 2 euros de un agua, el cargo final fue de 340 en la tarjeta. Reservation was 315 euros plus 2 euros of water, but final amount in credit card was 340 euros, its a pitty. |

La suite estaba limpia, era bastante amplia, con un minibar muy completo, y 2 televisiones, en el salón y en la habitación. El cuarto de baño amplio con bañera. El personal del hotel es muy agradable, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. El desayuno continental era self-service, pero la bollería se acababa pronto y no reponían mucho. |

The location is excellent. The rooms are very big, with a confortable living area. It's prefect for a long business trip Imposible to control the temperature of the room although the termostat was there...No dinning room, poor breakfast served just next to the reception. Honestly, the 4 star rate is a little bit high for the facilities offered |

Staff was helpful. Great location. close to main hub of underground railway. Also within walking distance of many sights. Not a bad price. You can park in front if you are lucky enough, free of charge. Parking garage is around the corner, we were leaving at 0430, so we had to wait for a spot right in front of the hotel |

Having two rooms was very convenient, as was the location. There is a poor selection of TV programs in English (we suggest adding Fox news, and a BBC entertainment channel). They are not generous in supplying soap, shampoo, tissues on a daily basis. We had to ask for extra (which they did supply graciously). |

big suite, helpful & kind staff with good English, cosy atmosphere, excellent warming system during winter When in bathroom, U can hear your neighbours crystal clear; signs indicating the hotel not visible even walking on Madach street; dificult to identify the entrance. |

Great - very central - location (the main metro station is just a few meters away), helpful and polite staff, and the rooms were very large and comfortable. We found the complimentary breakfast quite sufficent and we were able to park our car right in front of the hotel (free of charge). |

The hotel staff is excellent. If you're driving, it might be a problem. Parking at the hotel area is virtually impossible at any time, including late weekend nights, and the hotel's outsourced garage isn't in the nearby. |
