Breakfast was not very good and no tea or coffe in the rooms

I liked the location.

We had a reservation for a 2 room suite as we were 3 adults. But we got a double room with an extra bed. Since the stay was short and the size of the room was OK, we did not complain.

Fantisic location,fast wifi,big room.Breakfast was included in price,but we never went for breakfast,so cant comment if this was good or bad

I thought that the hotel was in a good choice for location and cost.

We were not happy with the choice of hop and go that the hotel supports,as it dropped us off at a certain place and we were not told that it would pick us up at a different place.Also the one bus being used smelt and the one window upstairs you not even look through. and the interior was discussing.and the audio on the buses was not done very well hard to understand.

Best location to start city tour.

I don't like the severa steps to go up the recieption desk.

The location is very good, close to the shopping. Nice refurnished bathroom. We stayed on the 6:th floor and heard almost no noise from the traffic outside.

Definitely more 3-star than 4. Breakfast could be improved. Rather hard beds and small room (standard) with floor carpets (not my favourite in a hotel).

The room seem smaller than advertised. Room don't even provide glass for drinking water. Not even a kettle or some boiling water or making some tea. True not a 4 Stars as advertised!

Simple facilities - but everything that was required for a short break

1. maybe some utensils in the kitchen (bowls and plates) 2. breakfast area too close to doorway - can be cold

Car parking. They should pay attention to small details, which guests request while making booking.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is very central. Breakfast was superb with attentive staff and constant replenishment.

The surrounding area was slightly run down, but not a great problem.

The position of the hotel is good, The rooms are comfortable and clean. The personnel is quite friendly.

The breakfast room is too small when the hotel is fully booked as it was for the Easter holidays.

It was easy to move around the city - esp. With the metro. Freindly staff - large room.

Can´t say any neg. About the stay. Yhe weather could have been better.

My wife and I found this hotel to be every thing that the reviews said it was. Location could not be better. Staff on the ball and very professional ready to help and provide local information. Breakfast was good with a selection to suit any national preference. Cheak-in Cheak- out went very smooth, informative and help full with taxi transfers . Room attendance good ,bed remade every day. I would recommend this Hotel to family and friends without any hesitation

The drinks at the breakfast are made from instant coffee and sirop orange juice.

Nice room. Great location. Computer/printer in lobby.

A bit warm in the room. Smallish room (for two I guess - I was alone so for me it was fine). Staff had a few things to learn about at least pretending o enjoy having customers/guests. Other than that no complaints at all.

Best location you can find in Bpest and very helpful staff. The room prices were much lower than usually, because the renovation was still going on when we visited (you could see and smell it).

Rooms are not so fine and spacious as they promise and also breakfast is much poorer than in proper 4-star hotels.
