Adina Apartment Hotel Budapest  

We like the big rooms. 2 bath and 2 bedroom where exellent. And good for the dog too. Very nice gym, swimming pool and backyard.

Very nice facilities, spacious and clean rooms, good breakfast. We got upgraded for the same price which was a good surprise.

Some of the reception staff members could have been more friendly

Everything & everyone. Even had help changing a flat tyre which was spotted by one of your staff in the garage. Rooms well set up,as in bedrooms one on either side of lounge. Metro & Danube close as are many attractions. Staff helpful with bookings

No air-con working when the weather had reached 28 degrees outside every day.

The warm welcome (I'm a return guest); their attention to detail and their prompt and friendly assistance when requested.

The mattresses can be a little firm for some but this is easily and swiftly resolved by requesting a mattress topper from Reception/housekeeping. Once the topper is in place - the sleep of the just and righteous is yours! :-)

The apartment was lovely and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool was excellent! If we return to Budapest, we would stay at Adina Apartments in a minute!

Spotlessly clean and modern. Metro close by and only 2 stops to centre. shopping centre, restaurants and shops close by. Incredible value for money with super efficient and helpful staff. Lovely leisure centre.

We were upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom apartment overlooking a pretty garden with seating. It was of modern design, spacious and immaculately clean,the beds were comfortable,the kitchen equipped and with liquid,dishwasher tablet,sponge.Flat screen tv with some channels in English.The staff were pleasant and welcoming and helpful with advice on restaurants making booking for airport shuttle..The location is fairly central ,the neighbourhood quiet and the metro not far.

We asked to stay in the room one hour after the 11 am check-out- wondered if it really wasn't possible,the place did not seem to be overun with guests!Hardly a complaint and in view of the upgrade still came away feeling we had been treated well but it does show a generosity of spirit from the hotel if you can meet that small request.The shower slow to drain but they did mention they would be having some work on the pipes.

The apartment was perfect...2 bedrooms with a nicely arranged kitchen and good sized living space. It even had a little balcony. The best part though was being able to stay in the city without all the traffic noise and such. It was the most quiet hotel stay I have had in a city in 3 years of European travels. Plus it was close to a metrol line, making it easy to get into the city.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful when recommending places to eat.

The beds were so HARD it was uncomfortable!

Everything, staff where exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms where spacious and spotless. The location is a ten minute walk to the centre. If I had to give one British it would be lack of free wi fi. But 5 out of 5 all round.Would reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest. There are excellent kitchen vacilities for those who want to use them and an aldi supermarket right beside it. We used the supermarket for breakfast and ate out around the city at lunch and dinner time so we didnt use the hotel restaraunt but Im sure it would have been excellant also.

No free wi fi.

Really kind staff, comfortable rooms and very close to the Underground station "Lehel ter". Many little shops, supermarkets and a shopping centre very close to the hotel. "Adina" also offers a little swimming pool, a fitness room, dry and steam sauna, Jacuzzi. Fortunately we never found more than 5 people in the relax area.

Breakfast is not included, and maybe 12 Euro for enjoying it in the hotel is a bit too much. Apart from this little complain, the rest was perfect.

Service was excellent, staff did everything they could to make us happy.

The hotel needs its own wireless Internet service. The wireless service through Wiera was horrible, only one of us could use it, and it was spotty an kept deopping me. The hotel needs more than one computer for guests, particularly if they are are going to have limited Internet. Someone was always on the computer! Finally you all MUST get printers that guests can access to print borarding passes, emails, tour vouchers, etc. right now guests have to email docs to the front desk and ask them to print. The emails sometimes don't arrive and it is very frustrating to wait an hour to get a. Copy of a boarding pass! The hotel presents as way too upscale for this.

Ottimo albergo - ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo - ottimi servizi (spa inclusa nel prezzo) - ottima ospitalita' e gentilezza dello staff. Da consigliare!!!! We have been only few days but we have felt very good in this Hotel. The Staff is very kindly, The SPA (swimming pool - jacuzzi) is free for all guests. It's very confortable place. It's not very close to the downtown but you can reach METRO by walk (5minutes). I really suggest you to stay in this hotel!!!!!

Fantastic hotel, spacious room with good facilities, immaculately clean, friendly staff, good location near to metro and walking distance to centre, lovely pool. Would not hesistate to stay here again
