The renovated (2007) hotel offers comfortable rooms with a modern interior as well as a really nice garden, only 110 yards away from the lake.

Located within Siofok's garden area, Hotel Szabadi offers not only quiet surroundings, but also easy access to the famous Aranypart (Golden Beach). This hotel is the perfect choice if you want to stay in the green area of the city and it is also an ideal starting point for trips to Budapest or to the Hungaroring Formula 1 circuit .

Vuk Group of friends Subotica, Serbia August 4, 2011	We were 11 guys spending the weekend in this hotel. The hotel is NOT near to the centre of Siofok (40 mins on foot, approx. 5 km). Breakfast was OK (continental, but as I understand Hungarian a bit I overheard them comenting me for going for seconds). The saff was generaly hospitable, and nothing more. They did not forget to mention that we were a bit loud one night before we went out, so I think this accomodation is not suitable for groups who plan to drink and have fun. This is basically a budget hotel, rooms smelled a bit funny (I could not determine the smell, it was not bad, but not pleasant either). But, the neighborhood was good. No elevator, no air conditioning, small, payable parking. Did you find this review helpful?	4.2
