Amazing town which was once the capital of Hungry and has some incredible history. We took the bus out to Bory Castle and we are so pleased that we did - unbelievable. So many statues and roman remain to explore. Find the town clock and experience noon's display.

It is located a good place, near to Budapest and Balaton lake. The city is quiet with the historic places. As the old capital, it is full of the culture and influenced by the modern elements. It is a city full of development and chance.

Szekesfehervar is a great town, full of history, wonderful buildings and beautiful churches and museums. The Serb area is very interesting, although I regret the famous church was not open for a solo traveller.

Great little historic city, known as the City of Kings.
Great little historic city, known as the City of Kings. Beautiful walking plaza full of history, good restaurants and one of the best Mexican (If you can believe that) Restaurants , Dos Puertos, in Hungary, ypu'll love it. We thinkHungarians live on ice cream, they even have it at breakfast to time.
Szekesfehervar is about 45 kilometers from Budapest on the M7, A Great place to visit and while there, stay at the Magyar Kirily Hotel, in the heart of everything.

Spent a week in Székesfehérvár and had a fab time.
Spent a week in Székesfehérvár and had a fab time. Not too much to do but we were there for a tournament so had other distractions as well. The town is beautiful and worth a visit with its amazing churches and historic building and ruins. Bory Castle is a must see. Plenty of eating and drinking places. We loved the Bambu Cafe Bar, Varkocs Old Pub and particularly Caffe Perte Kavezo which was a perfect sun trap location.
- The staff was excellent, absolutely customer focused, professional and very friendly, especially the receptionist when I arrived in the evening.
- The room and the location also perfect
- Excellent breakfast, big variety, delicious. I appreciated very much that they asked if I want anything else before they started to clean up at the end of the breakfast. Also they didn't start cleaning up till the actual time of the end of the breakfast, so they let me eat in peace, which is great, unlike some other similar hotels in the area.
Very nice apartment. Large and clean, perfect for a group of 4 people. Easy access from the M7 motorway makes it a perfect stop during your transit through Hungary. Placed on the ground with parking right in front. Very friendly and nice owners, who greet you to handle over the keys. Strongly recommend. Will stay there again when transiting through that part of Hungary.
Very kind host! Very clean place ! This is not 5 star hotel so don't book it if you expect SPA... We were there just one night but everything was very good, contact with the host, very clean and spacious bathroom, great location in terms of direct link to highway.
Perfect hotel location in the old town city center, great for walking and sightseeing. Great breakfast in very nice and quiet restaurant with plenty of food on buffet table. Available parking in hotel yard for only 4 euros daily.
The lady running the hotel was nice and accommodate our need for a parking spot even if initially we were refused. With a clear parking reservation from the hotel via Booking message.
Also the restaurant dishes are good value.
The hotel is just fine, we stayed one night in our trip. The reception was just fine, the restaurant was good, room is a little dated as the hotel itself. The bed was fine, pillow less (too hard)
Room is well cleaned and maintained. The lake beside the hotel is very beautiful, you can see thousands of birds. The stadium is only 300m away, very convinient for watching football match
