I receive, from Mr. Mihaly Szabo, General Manager, an answer (07.03.2009) for my opinions (guest comments), very bad, but this answer is insatisfied for my : "we are sorry that your impression about our hotel hasn't good...To your comments refering to the balcony. I would like to inform you that I have made the necessary arrangements. In the future we would take more care of cleaning. About the antenna on the roof(my room was at 8 floor!?-the last) our hotel we can say that according to the handout of the owner it hasn't blast to the people."(!?...) |

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, a szobák komfortja. A személyzet segítőkész és udvarias. Az árképzést, a nyújtott szolgáltatásokhoz képest kicsit magasnak tartom. (pl.reggeli felárát kicsit sokalltam (3200 Ft/fő)). Illetve nem mindenhol van magyar nyelvű tájékoztatás. |

Un hotel bun, normal, de nivel mediu, curat, cu personal amabil si binevoitor.Totul fiind in limite normale, fara probleme deosebite. Da, va sugerez doua lucruri, astfel: Sugestia nr. 1) Fiind un hotel situat la granita maghiaro-romano-sirba, ar fi bine ca Hotelul sa dispuna de cel putin 5 - 6 canale TV in limbile romana si sirba. Astfel, ati atrage foarte multi turisti din cele doua tari. Pentru programe TV din Romania va recomand: TVR 1; Antena 1; Pro TV; Realitatea TV; Antena 3; Prima TV. Sugestia nr. 2) Ati avea mult mai mult de cistigat (ma refer la clienti) daca ati instala Internet Wireless in toate camerele hotelului,iar pretul sa fie inclus in pretul total al camerei. |
