Siisti perheen pitämä hotelli.Moottoripyörän saimme talliin,josta ei tullut erikseen maksua.Huoneessa iso parveke ja pieni keittiönurkkaus ja myös ilmastointi joka oli tosi tarpeellinen.Aamulla poislähtiessämme koko perhe oli saattelemassa jäi tosi lämmin mieli paikasta.

The owner was most pleasant and helpful. We were given a larger room than we had reserved. A good breakfast was served. External soundproofing is good.

From the Bookings.com information, we had the impression that it was in a quiet area as it said one could relax in the secluded garden. In fact,it was on a main road and there was nowhere to relax. When we initially saw the place, we went on as we decided it was not the place advertised.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our host was friendly and extremelly helpful, providing us with advice about restaurants and sight seeing. Located close to everything. The room was spacious, comfortable and warm and had a lovely view of the basillica. (The bath was a big plus also). The hotel is bike friendly.

Very nice hotel. Located outside the city but within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Zsolt, the owner, is a very kind, friendly and helpful person. Don't forget to ask his advice regarding the restorants neerby. The city is beautiful. Great view to Danube from Basilica which is also near the hotel. The foodstore is on the opposite side of the road. I wish to come back to this place with my family. It gives you a feeling of home away from home. Очень приятный и тихий отель. Хозяин - Жолт - очень дружелюбный и приятный человек, подсказал в какой ресторан лучше пойти и что там заказать. (Другой источник подтвердил эти рекомендации, так что, никакой ангажированности :) ) До центра пешком минут 10-15, собор еще ближе. От собора прекрасный вид на Дунай и Словакию на другом его берегу. Через дорогу от отеля - продуктовый магазин. С удовольствием приеду в этот отель со свей семьей

A lovely B & B in a very good fairly quiet location on the edge of town,yet very close to the basilica and walking distance from the centre of town. The room was more like an apartment,very spacious,nicely furnished,a very comfortable bed,and a big bathroom.I even had a view of the basilica. Continental breakfast was included, with juice,yoghurt,nice rolls,and a good selection of ham,salami,and cheeses. The main asset though,is the owner, a very warm and generous host,very helpful and ready with advice regarding the town,restaurants,sightseeing,buses etc. Overall,a very satisfactory stay.

My only small gripe is that I was unable to find any English/German/French TV stations except a very poor reception TV5, but that would only really be a problem if I was staying for a long time!

Very friendly and personal service from the hotel manager who was also an expert on Hungarian history! Although on a main road, the rooms are all set back away from this by virtue of the corridor outside and therefore very quiet. Secure locked parking available for our bicycles. The hotel building has a wonderful rustic charm and was great value for money!

Das Hotel liegt zwar an der Hauptstrasse, das Zimmer ging jedoch auf die Hinterseite raus, daher kein Problem wegen Autolärm. Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Bad neu renoviert, in tadellosem Zustand und mit Extras ausgestattet. Kostenloses WLAN sowie Parkplatz neben der Pension ist vorhanden. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber sehr nett empfangen und mit einem kleinen Stadtplan über alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants informiert. Verständigung in Englisch und Deutsch ist möglich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Stadtzentrum lässt sich zu Fuss gut erreichen.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Städten, welche wir auf unserer Ungarn-Rundreise besucht haben, fällt Esztergom etwas ab. Es hat zu wenig Fussgängerzonen, vor allem auf der kleinen Halbinsel hätte man entlang der Donau in dieser Hinsicht noch einiges Potenzial. Ausserdem sind nur wenige der alten Gebäude renoviert. Sehenswert ist die Basilika (als Turist darf man sich aber nur zu hinterst in der Basilika aufhalten, man darf sich nicht frei bewegen). Sehr empfehlenswert ist eine Führung durch den der Basilika gegenüberliegenden ehemaligen Königspalast.

Zsolt the owner is pleasant and helpful. Good location, easy to find, near to the basilica and around 10 minutes walk from the center. The interia of the hotel freshly renovated. We booked the appartment with the corner bath, the room was nice and clean, aircondisioner works well. The bed is comfortable, good breakfast, wifi and parking next to hotel. Good value for money. We will be happy to stay here again. Zsolt de eigenaar is aardig en behulpzaam. Goede locatie, makkelijk te vinden, dichtbij de basiliek, ongeveer 10 minuten lopen van het centrum. Het interieur van het hotel is fris gerenoveerd. We hebben het appartement met het hoekbad geboekt, de kamer was netjes en schoon, airco werkt goed. Het bed is comfortabel, goed ontbijt, Wifi en gratis parkeren naast het hotel. Wij gaan zeker terug.

Der Wirt war sehr freundlich und bemüht und spricht bestens deutsch; das riesige Badezimmer; die gute Matratze.

anfangs war es etwas kalt, aber dann wurde, noch bevor wir fragten, die Heizung aufgedreht
