The location was amazing and the staff went out of their way to help. Very happy. The room was a little small and there was no bath but comfortable enough for a city break. |

perfect location if you want to do shopping or visit the sites. Because of recontruction in the city, parking garage is very difficult to find at the moment. Hotel is giving some instruction, but did not really help me. |

Excellent location for sightseeing. Good size clean rooms. The price when we stayed was higher than normal because of the football event over those dates but normally it would appear to be even better value. I might question the 4 star rating as I have stayed in a lot more 'plush' 4 star hotels but cannot fault the hotel itself If I had one criticism it would be that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room |

Very little The reception staff were rude. The room was dreadful: small, and drab. When I complained that the room wasn't of the standard we expected, we were told that we had "got a cheap rate from an internet travel agency".Our room wasn't cleaned while we were out each day, for three days. They instead came to the room to clean it at 5pm/6pm, at which point we didn't want to have the room cleaned as we were prearing to go out again for the evening. |

The is close to downtown, so it's convenient for you to do anywhere. The front door face the main street directly, so I'd suggest to strengthen the security. For example, you need to use the room card if you want to take the lift. |

Superb central location, private garage, very friendly stuff. I always stay in this hotel when in Budapest This time I booked double room for single use and was given a very small and cramped room with two separate miniature beds. The bathroom was clean, but basic. Quality of the rooms in this hotel varies too much. I'm thinking about switching to another hotel for my next stay. |

The room was very comfortable. The food served in the lounge was quite reasonable and tasty. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |

Good value for money. Most central location, directly in the main shopping street. Clean. Friendly and good staff. Feeling of not being checked by staff. Free internet. Small and big breakfast option. Young, modern and dynamic appearance of hotel. Flexible airport shuttle. Old carpet in the hallways of the room levels. No water boiler in room for tea etc. (expected in 4 star hotel). No strong isolation against outside noise in rooms at street sides. |
