indoor play room, sound-proof windows, air condition, directly next to spa

Overall it is more a good pension than a 3* hotel (e.g. at first room shower was in a bad shape, staff not very professional). I did not book economy room, but standard room. Not all rooms are renovated in the same way. At east side some rooms are above air condition system, therefore impossible to sleep with open window. All rooms at 2nd floor do not have effective sun shielding (no curtains, only some shielding to pull down). If the room is at east side you wake up at 6am in summer; however, after complaining I got a room on west side. At hotel home page they show mainly pictures of first floor (with curtains and terrace).
