Hotel we had booked for 2 nights through booking.com. On arrival on the site in the hotel we were told that hotel has no evidence regarding our booking, regardless we have presented the printout form the reservation confirgamiton with all the booking com data. The hotel staff had advised us to loo for room in another hotel in area, where we might find accomodation. Due our resistance and our complains, (regardless our request to speak with hotel manager – mangement has no interess to solve the situation), finally, the recepcionist gave us a room for one night due occational vaccancy and in the morning they ask us to move to the another room. To the hotel – the ce fit hotel is an older hotel after renovation but the poorly maintained. The room had cracked walls, stained carpets, old bed linen and duvets, very old television with ultra small display. For 3 days no room cleaning was performed and/or change of towels. The room lacks hair dryers. The drinks were in the friddger, but without bottle opener. The only positive aspect of this hotel is the spa. During checkout we have been forced to wait aprox 30 minutes due necessity of terminal maintenance – change of paper roll need there this time. Finally - instead of 4 stars hotel tourist accommodation with a good spa. Never more

Sehr netter Empfang, das Personal war stets freundlich U. hilfsbereit, die Nähe zum Thermalsee U.zur Fussgängerzone in Heviz. Gute Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel. Frühstück F.den Preis ok !! Wellnessbereich etwas klein, Baustil noch von der sozialist.ära (Plattenbau) Saubere (aber löchrige) Handtücher.

Отель очень уютный, спокойный,домашний. Номер просторный и теплый, с нормальной удобной мебелью, с балконом. Вся еда как дома, пусть без изысков,зато вкусно. Отличная цена. При бронировании рассчитали совсем не правильно! 13 дней с новогодним ужином, с процедурами обошлись в 729 евро, а не 6200 евро!!! Не пугайте людей!!! Пусть обязательно едут на отличный релакс! Требуется ремонт и обновление постельного белья, полотенец, особенно на спа. Плохо контролируется зона спа: души не работают, джакузи тоже, бани - через одну! Чай травяной либо холодный,либо отсутствует совсем. Нет информации на русском о процедурах. Плохо работает интернет.

Szépen felújított, modern berendezés, szépen berendezett szoba, kényelmes ágy Wellness részleg már 19.30-kor zár, sörválaszték (csak 2 féle, Kőbányai és Dreher)
