Overall I've been satisfied with the hotel. The room was spacious and the breakfast good.

As we went at the end of the season the sauna was already switched off.

Wi Fi in hotel rooms require to have an own cable

Pros: - own spacious beach across the street with free entry for hotel guests, - free parking, - spacious room, - air conditioning, - nice interior, paintings of some Hungarian artist on display - for yachting fans there is a small private port but can't tell much about services, we didn't sail,

Cons: - not so clean: carpets in corridors and our room were stained and needed dry cleaning, daylight curtain was torn, - breakfast (cheese, meats, veggies/fruits, omelette) ok but could include porridge, pancakes for kids at least, - our windows faced the street and due to traffic noise had to keep windows closed during our sleep although not a disaster with the aircon in the room, rooms facing the parking lot should be less noisy, - only some rooms have balconies or terrace, so again ask for such rooms if you like to sit outside, - restaurant was closed at night but could be due to the low season, so there is only one option nearby - beach restaurant which is ok for non-gourmet dining, - the hotel is located quite far from the centre, basically you need to drive or take a small bus (looks like a train bus for kids) or walk several km uphill, which we did two times but felt like doing sports. On the other hands, you are away from the crowds. So, it depends what kind of leisure you are looking for.

Service level. Quality verus price very low. The hotel deserves maximum 3 stars. Bathroom for maybe 2 stars. You don't feel in the hotel like a guest but its rather Hungarian standard. You can stay there one night but not for longer stay. Gym -maybe 12sqm is a joke.

Nice breakfast buffet. Front desk mostly friendly, but also somewhat aloof and not proactive. Nice grass beach at lake with cafe that is open all day. Free wifi (it didn't reach to our room at the end of the hallway though). Rooms mainly clean. Very quiet.

Limited front desk assistance available. Wi-Fi signal didn't reach our room; when we informed receptionist, she did not offer to assist with resolving the issue. Shower stall was old and somewhat dirty looking (dark brown grime). When we opened the windows, a lot of dust and tree dirt fell into the room (windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time). One of the window pull-down blinds was torn and would not stay down. Only 1 taxi available in town (according to receptionist) and was off duty multiple nights during our stay. For those without a car it is somewhat hard to get around.

Locítion was wonderful, convenient, close to all beautiful destinations, restaurants, views, beach. We had a great time. When we left I realized a day later that I left something valuable in the room and it was found and returned to us.

I liked everything. The staff was wonderful and friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, clean, great bed. Very very quiet neighbourhood, perfect location for relaxation. Little beach, but its great as it was not too crowded. Best breakfast I ever got in my life!!! (And I travel a lot), fantastic selection of fruits, vegetables and bakery> I would love to go back any time!

It's quiet location a few steps from the lake away from all the tourist kitch of Tihany.

Lovely boutique hotel.....location perfect on well kept private beach.Great little bar and restaurant with very obliging staff. Also would recommend Ferenc Pincer (restaurant) overlooking the Balaton...staff there also wonderful. Fab weekend getaway. Off season you would struggle for restaurants though.!!!! Lovely breakfast and summer terrace. Would highly recommend to others

All good........perhaps shower curtains like the others have suggested but not a big deal.

very good small hotel, good location, rich breakfast, nice and spacious room, lovely sorroundingss, kind personel, free parking...Really enyoyed our two days in the hotel.

As other guests allready complained, bathroom without shover courtain. Although it seems of no importance, that was really enoying. The floor of nice, clean and spacious bathroom was wet after every showering. Could be solved for small expenses.

Bliskość Balatonu, spokój i smaczne śniadania (choć menu jest niezmienne). Restauracja naprzeciwko hotelu jest smaczna choć na taką nie wygląda :)

Sprzątanie pokoi mogło być ciut lepsze (nie umyte szklanki hotelowe, kurz na szafie), na śniadaniach dostępna jest jedynie bardzo słaba kawa z automatu.

Rendkívül kedves és figyelmes személyzet, jó elhelyezkedés (közel van a parthoz és a túraútvonalakhoz), a reggeli változatos és hangulatos teraszon lehet elfogyasztani. Ár/érték arányban is jó.

Frühstück gut sortiert, Seezugang toll. Wir werden wieder zum Golfen kommen.

הצוות היה מאוד מועיל, ואדיב. המיקום מעולה- מרחק נגיעה משפת האגם. ופשוט מחיר ממש טוב ביחס לתמורה. מומלץ מאוד להגיע!
