unser Zimmer war an der Strasse, wir konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen Nachts es war viel zu laut. ein anderes Zimmer konnte man uns nicht geben |

Die Leute waren sehr freundlich. Die Klimaanlage muss man mit 4€ am Tag bezahlen. Na ja ein Hund hinter dem Haus, aber ist ok muss man mit rechnen wenn man nach Ungarn fährt/fliegt.Da Buffet na ja sehr mager und 80% muss man nicht unbedingt essen oder trinken. Orangen Saft Pulver aus der Tüte der Kaffee schon fast Klumpik, die Brötchen hart das Weissbrot trocken. Sonst geht es, der Honig, Nutella,Milch und Kakao Pulver und Tee. |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und erteilte uns wertvolle Auskünfte über Verkehrsmittel, ect. Das Vierbettzimmer war schlicht, aber sauber und schön. Allerdings wars im Dachgeschoss sehr heiß, gut dass es einen ventilator gab. Wir sind vom Flughaben aus mit dem Taxi gefahren, das war fürs erste ok. Am Rückweg haben wir den Bus benutzt, was natürlich wesentlich billiger war. |

The woman at the reception desk, when we arrived, was very kind and even offered us a cup of coffee. Her English was quite OK. She even helped us to find our way with public transportation. Also the managers English was good. The rooms where very clean and looked fine. The rest of the staff did not speak any other languages than Hungarian. The beds where very bad. Thin matrasses and pillows. Very bad for the back. When I asked for an extra pillow, thet said simply NO. You have one , and that's all you get. Also the breakfast was not that great. A bit of sausage, cheese and marmelade and bread and that was it. Room for improvement. |

For the price we paid the hotel was quite good. Quiet, clean, funcional. From everybody we spoke with, only 1 person spoke english. The matresses were kind of bad, you could feel the wood under them, they were like 5 cm thick. |

The breakfast was very poor. Very very very poor. We left the hotel without eating enough. The juice was awful, no butter, bad coffee, poor service. Very far from the city centre!!! (11 km by gps) |

Close to the airport The rooms were pretty basic, we had to pay extra 5 euros for the air conditioning, the breakfast was horrible!!!! The bread was like 2 days old, there was no ham, the juice was very bad etc etc. |

The room, bathroom, etc. was really clean, the area was quiet and the hotel was easy to find. A) The personnel was unbelievably unprofessional. (1) The lady at the reception was barely able to communicate in English and got really annoyed when I was not able to understand her brief instructions for parking. (2) At check in, she was again mad at me because I had not printed out the Booking.com reservation confirmation (I have been using the services of Booking.com for about 2 years now and never had any problems of this essence). Of course, 2 seconds later the hotel had all my details and the extra hassle was for nothing. B) I was not able to pay with my credit card, only cash was accepted. C) On top of everything I had to pay 4 euros extra in order to use the air conditioner. Fairly disappointing overall experience. |

The parking is free. Is ideal for crossing troygh Budaoest. The staff is OK, speaking english. The internet was not working. |

It was clean and basic and very cheap. A fan was provided which was necessary as the room we stayed in on the top floor was very hot. It was a cross between a hostel and a cheap hotel The young female receptionist was very unfriendly and unhelpful and was actually quite rude although spoke good english. The communal bathroom offered no privacy |

There was always somebody speaking english at the reception (very unusual in Hungary:-)/vždy byl přítomen někdo kdo hovořil anglicky, na Maďarsko nevídaná věc :-).Shared bathoroom on the floor was always clean and not very busy/společná koupelna na patře byla vždy čistá a volná. On the floor is also small fridge and TV/ na patře je také malá lednice a TV. Even though the hotel is on a busy street is was quiet and nice/i přestože je hotel u rušné ulice bylo tam ticho a klid.Just outside is a tram stop which goes to Hatar metro stop in 10 minutes/hned před hotelem je zastávka tramvaje,která jede 10min do stanice metra Hatar.Withing a reach is also market place and shops near Kobany-Kispest metro station/blízko je také tržiště a obchody u stanice metra Kobany-Kispest. Our quadruple room was on the third floor in the attic and in July it made the room a bit saunish but there was a ventilator at our disposal/Náš čtyřlůžkový pokoj byl ve třetím patře v podkroví a v červenci se proměnil trochu v saunu,ale měli jsme na pokoji ventilátor.That is no way a fault of the hotel or staff but next time I would specify not to be on the third floor during hot summer/ v žádném případě to není chyba hotelu nebo personálu, ale příště bych asi nechtěla v létě pokoj ve třetím patře |
