personale molto gentile visto l'orario notturno del nostro arrivo

ho apprezzato la vicinanza con l'aeroporto e ho trovato comodo il letto con materasso rigido e camere sufficientemente grandi. Non posso dare altri giudizi perchè abbiamo usufruito dell'hotel solo per riposare qualche ora prima del volo.

non ho gradito la scarsa pulizia nella doccia che conteneva parecchi capelli (non nostri naturalmente)

L'arredamento.

L'aria condizionata al costo di 4 euro al giorno. Personale un pò scortese: il pagamento l'hanno voluto subito mentre si è arrabbiato dinanzi alla mia richiesta di contestuale ricevuta di avvenuto pagamento.Inoltre la posizione non è ottimale.

Far away from Public Transportation

The room, bathroom, etc. was really clean, the area was quiet and the hotel was easy to find.

A) The personnel was unbelievably unprofessional. (1) The lady at the reception was barely able to communicate in English and got really annoyed when I was not able to understand her brief instructions for parking. (2) At check in, she was again mad at me because I had not printed out the Booking.com reservation confirmation (I have been using the services of Booking.com for about 2 years now and never had any problems of this essence). Of course, 2 seconds later the hotel had all my details and the extra hassle was for nothing. B) I was not able to pay with my credit card, only cash was accepted. C) On top of everything I had to pay 4 euros extra in order to use the air conditioner. Fairly disappointing overall experience.

It was clean and basic and very cheap. A fan was provided which was necessary as the room we stayed in on the top floor was very hot. It was a cross between a hostel and a cheap hotel

The young female receptionist was very unfriendly and unhelpful and was actually quite rude although spoke good english. The communal bathroom offered no privacy

There was always somebody speaking english at the reception (very unusual in Hungary:-)/vždy byl přítomen někdo kdo hovořil anglicky, na Maďarsko nevídaná věc :-).Shared bathoroom on the floor was always clean and not very busy/společná koupelna na patře byla vždy čistá a volná. On the floor is also small fridge and TV/ na patře je také malá lednice a TV. Even though the hotel is on a busy street is was quiet and nice/i přestože je hotel u rušné ulice bylo tam ticho a klid.Just outside is a tram stop which goes to Hatar metro stop in 10 minutes/hned před hotelem je zastávka tramvaje,která jede 10min do stanice metra Hatar.Withing a reach is also market place and shops near Kobany-Kispest metro station/blízko je také tržiště a obchody u stanice metra Kobany-Kispest. Our quadruple room was on the third floor in the attic and in July it made the room a bit saunish but there was a ventilator at our disposal/Náš čtyřlůžkový pokoj byl ve třetím patře v podkroví a v červenci se proměnil trochu v saunu,ale měli jsme na pokoji ventilátor.That is no way a fault of the hotel or staff but next time I would specify not to be on the third floor during hot summer/ v žádném případě to není chyba hotelu nebo personálu, ale příště bych asi nechtěla v létě pokoj ve třetím patře
