Beautiful lake-front view, easy access to the trail that borders and goes around the lake, Hotel staff did not prepare for my arrival like I had requested during the reservation process (I requested to have a bottle of wine waiting in my room as a surprise for my fiance - did not happen); had to change rooms within 2 hours of arrival due to AC not working - second room, although cooler due to location in relationship to the sun, ALSO had a faulty AC; when offered to switch rooms, I had... |

Service and facilities excellent. upgraded on arrival. good location and many recreation options. Unfortunately, at checkout the bill was too high by about 15000 HUF (about 50 euros). After some discussion, it was corrected but no explanation or apology was offered. |

Praktikusság,Tisztaság ,Szívélyesség,Hangulatosság,Gazdag program kinálat,A személyzet különösen kedves, a szálloda igényes, jó ízléssel berendezett. A tó közelsége miatt az esti sétákat a szunyogok zavarták,de ez nem a szálloda hiányossága! |

ruhige neue Anlage in sehr schöner Umgebung ,das Zimmer ist groß und modern eingerichtet, der Wellnessbereich mit Innen u. Außenpool und die angenehmen Massagen sind gut das Essen im Restaurant sowohl Frühstücksbüffet als auch Abendessen sind nicht besonders schmackhaft |

Les chambres de l'hôtel sont spacieuses, claires et les lits de très bonne qualité. Elles disposent d'un grand balcon avec une belle vue sur le lac et la piscine extérieure. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. On pourrait peut-être mettre à disposition des clients des prospectus et des informations sur la région et les points intéressants à visiter dans les environs dans le hall d'entrée. Une bouilloire dans la chambre pour chauffer de l'eau serait sympa. |
