The studio apartment was amazing, I was instantly impressed. It was modern, clean and neat with everything you could ever need. I stayed 4 nights and wished I was staying a month. We had everything from full kitchen to washing machine. Location is fantastic with just a short walk to the metro stations and other great Budapest sights. I could not have been happier. Public transport from the airport was easy, just ask at the info counter, grab the maps and go from there. So much cheaper than a taxi (about $3 comprad to >$30). Price of this apartemnt was also a real bonus, and staff were great - I simply loved this appartment. |

Town Hall Apartments have excellent, really central but quiet location. Excellent access to all the main attractions of the city, 24 hours shops nearby. My studio appartment was very well equiped (especially the kitchen). You can find an iron,ironing board, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washmashine, all the cutlery and plates in there. However you should bring your own soap, shampoos etc as there were only towels and a hand soap provided in the bathroom. Definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel itself is quite difficult to find. You have the address, however you are not sure if that's the right one because there is no signboard on the building and it's quite difficult to access it for the first time. There should be some directions/arrows how to find an office once you are inside the building, since it's located on the first floor. Staff is very helpful. |

The staff were very helpful and the location was great. Just a short walk to the Subway. The apartment was very sacious with all neccessities provided. The bed was quite hard and we were asked to pay extra to use the air conditioning (really strange). |

Excellent locality, clean, comfortable large apartment. It was well equipped with everything you could need. There were 3 of us so was great that we had two bathrooms. We requested a quiet room and that was what we got. Would definitely book this apartment again. |

Parking on the street works with a weird cellular phone payment system. We couldn’t figure out how it works and have been advised by the staff to park in a parking garage close to the building which should cost about 10 Euros a day. Finally we had to pay twice as much. |

1 bedroomed apartment gave us plenty of space, freedom to come and go with no ties to meal times. The ability to cook simple meals. Few minutes walk to access to public transport. Check out the price of day or weekly ticket for transport system before buying a Budapest Card. Most places walkable distance but take into consideration heat in summer. Hop on hop off bus is useful way of discovering the layout and sights of the city. would have appreciated spare rubbish bags for the bin and clearer instructions on where to find the room where the rubbish bins were |

It is in city center, walking distance to lots of historical places, Chain bridge, Vaci Utca e.t.c. Easy and cheap to reach from airport.Very close to market, internet shop, nice cafe, Our room was very small but we have everything we need. When we arrived we could not find the building , easy to miss Király utca 30-32, We phoned to office and Gabriella Bartha (Reservation Manager) immediately come and help us.Thank you. I also did not like the payment policy.You should pay the amount of the whole stay directly in first day.What happens if you do not like the place , you do not want to stay anymore, you do not have any chance to say I did not like and I am leaving.They are charging the whole rent at the beginning.Luckily the apartment we stay is fine. |

Ideal location for exploring Budapest, staff very helpful and spoke perfect English, the appartment was well furnished with a full sized kitchen. The bouns was a big balcony to sit outside and enjoy a summers evening. |

I thought that all the amenities that you could possibly require in a self catering apartment were there and the room was clean and lived up to the pictures on the web site. The location was really good as very close to the underground and the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to get to all the tourist spots in both Buda and Pest from the apartments. I would stay here again and would recommend them. The noise from the street below was very loud which woke us up every morning of our stay. |
