Bardzo mila obsługa, kompletne wyposażenie pokoju, sporadycznie widzi się zmywarkę żelazko , czy pralkę. Bardzo czysto i świetnie usytulowany hotel, dosłownie kilka minut wszędzie, w którą stronę się nie pojdzie to dojdziemy do metra. Hotel był świętny i polecam wszystkim. Budynek po drugiej stronie ulicy psuje wrażenie. odpłatna klimatyzacja. |

Lokalizacja praktycznie w centrum z podziemnym superparkingiem, gdzie można było w spokoju zapakować bagażnik auta. Blisko sklepy i piekarnia! Pokoje wygodne, ze kuchnią bardzo dobrze wyposażoną, w nocy względna cisza i spokój. Trudno znaleźć minusy: może niedziałający toster, brak szklanek do piwa |

Well located - Staff helpfull and friendly - Appartment clean and enough space for 4 people - not noisy. A bigger sofa would be appreciated as well as dvd player. |

Very spacious apartment, perfect for our family of 7, the 2 large bathrooms were also a bonus. The staff were very helpful providing excellent communication and assistance both before our trip and during, offering guidance about our stay in Budapest. Location was superb, very central enabling us to enjoy all the sights in Budapest during our 2 night stay. |

The Town Hall Apartments are very convenient, located within the city centre as the advert states. The apartments were very clean and spacious. I would recommend these apartments for families. |

The studio apartment was amazing, I was instantly impressed. It was modern, clean and neat with everything you could ever need. I stayed 4 nights and wished I was staying a month. We had everything from full kitchen to washing machine. Location is fantastic with just a short walk to the metro stations and other great Budapest sights. I could not have been happier. Public transport from the airport was easy, just ask at the info counter, grab the maps and go from there. So much cheaper than a taxi (about $3 comprad to >$30). Price of this apartemnt was also a real bonus, and staff were great - I simply loved this appartment. |

Town Hall Apartments have excellent, really central but quiet location. Excellent access to all the main attractions of the city, 24 hours shops nearby. My studio appartment was very well equiped (especially the kitchen). You can find an iron,ironing board, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washmashine, all the cutlery and plates in there. However you should bring your own soap, shampoos etc as there were only towels and a hand soap provided in the bathroom. Definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel itself is quite difficult to find. You have the address, however you are not sure if that's the right one because there is no signboard on the building and it's quite difficult to access it for the first time. There should be some directions/arrows how to find an office once you are inside the building, since it's located on the first floor. Staff is very helpful. |

The staff were very helpful and the location was great. Just a short walk to the Subway. The apartment was very sacious with all neccessities provided. The bed was quite hard and we were asked to pay extra to use the air conditioning (really strange). |

Excellent locality, clean, comfortable large apartment. It was well equipped with everything you could need. There were 3 of us so was great that we had two bathrooms. We requested a quiet room and that was what we got. Would definitely book this apartment again. |

Parking on the street works with a weird cellular phone payment system. We couldn’t figure out how it works and have been advised by the staff to park in a parking garage close to the building which should cost about 10 Euros a day. Finally we had to pay twice as much. |

We liked the comfort, the location, the fact that we had a parking place nearby,we had quiet neighbours,we had all the necesary facilities for a tourist.We would gladly come back here and also tell our friends about it. |
