Really not huge issues, but the front doors were locked when we got there, with a sign asking to ring for entry, but we didn't have a working phone - I'm not sure if all travellers would? The room heating was a little high, and the breakfast had various options, but I'd hoped for some eggs, or pastries.
It's about a 20min walk from the train station (which we did, it was a beautiful day) but there's also apparently a shuttle service available. The location is only a couple of minutes from the castle, the minaret, the basilica, and the main square. The neighbourhood was very quiet. The room was lovely, very warm, good wifi, all amenities available, and a full breakfast included. Staff were extremely helpful - a man looked up bus and train services for our next journey and did his utmost to offer aid/advice. I was very impressed, especially considering the reasonable cost (under 10.000 forint / 30 euro, including tourist tax)
