Maisemaikkunat joelle ovat kokemisen arvoiset pimeän aikaan. Pieni ja kiireetön hotelli jonka henkilökunta ottaa asiakkaansa hyvin vastaan. Tilava huone. Riittävän tasokas aamiainen. Parvekkeen puuttuminen tietysti mutta sehän oli jo tiedossa hotellia varatessa. Pieni liikenteen melu alakerran huoneisiin muttei kovin häiritsevä. |

Hotellin koko henkilökunta oli erittäin palvelualtista, kielitaitoista ja palvelu miellyttävää ja nopeaa. Aamiainen oli hyvä, ja tilauksesta sai omeletteja, munakokkelia tai muuta lämmintä aamiaista, ilman eri veloitusta. Huoneestamme (7 krs) oli henkeäsalpaavan upea näkymä yli Tonavan, Ketjusillan ja Parlamenttirakennuksen. Erityisesti iltavalaistuksessa olisi voinut vain istua isojen panoramaikkunoiden ääressä katselemassa maisemia.Sijainti oli rauhallinen, mutta vain lyhyen kävelymatkan (tai bussimatkan) päässä kiihkeimmästä keskustasta.Erinomainen valinta, voin suositella lämpimästi. Ainoa seikka joka aiheutti hiukan päävaivaa oli se, että hotellin pankkikorttikone ei hyväksynyt kumpaakaan luottokorteistani, molemmat olivat liian uusia. Tjsp. Eli lopuksi jouduimme nostamaan rahat ATM-automaatilta ja maksamaan käteisellä. Olen kuitenkin varma, että tämä ongelma on korjattu. |

Upea näköala Tonavalle ja vastarannan vanhoihin rakennuksiin ja Tonavan ylittäville silloille. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelualtis.Huone oli hyvin varustettu ja tilava. Hotelli kokonaisuudessaan hyvin hoidettu ja siisti. Sijainti Budan puolella aiheuttaa jonkin verran liikkumisvaikeuksia, erityisesti nyt kun hotellin edessä oleva katu oli remontissa ja raitiovaunuliikenne oli koko kadulta pyshdyksissä. |

Hotelli oli pieni, joten se oli mukavaa. Upeat näköalat Tonavalle. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. Aamiaiselle ei välttämättä päässyt silloin kuin tahtoi, koska aamiaishuone oli pieni ja viikonloppuna lomailijoita oli paljon. |

Erinomainen sijainti ja siistit huoneet. Aamiainen ok. Huoneessa oli todella kuuma eikä termostaatilla pystynyt säätämään lämpötilaa. Asiasta huomautettiin pari kertaa, mutta mitään korjausta ei asiaan saatu. |

The location was perfect and the view wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and only wish we would have had more time to explore Budapest. The breakfast was the best and the room was very comfortable with a good reading light by the bed. |

Location is superb. the views from room are well worth just staying in your room for duration of your visit.(.but dont too much too see just minutes walk from front door } staff very helpfull. freewifi . great bar right next door just a pity the windows dont open as airconditioning is not the same as fresh air. . |

Comfort of room,beautifully practical and spotless bathroom,friendly and very helpful receptionists,excellent breakfasts. Just that, for a city hotel, I thought it a little strange that the bar closed at around 10 pm, although this was not a problem. |

The hotel is nearby chain bridge. It locates just on the river side. The view is very nice and closed to the castle and famouse historical point. |

We had stayed at the Victoria many years ago and were impressed by the staff. They are still one of the major reasons we would return. It has become a very expensive place to stay, not unlike the rest of Europe. |

Excellent and very friendly staff without exception. Brilliant location on the Buda side by the chain bridge and a stone's throw from the Castle. Right on the Danube with spectacular views up and down the river. |

This was our second stay at the Victoria and we were just as happy as our first visit. Great location for walking or using city transport to see Buda or Pest. Expansive room views of the Danube River and the astonishing Hungarian Parliament building. Great breakfast and a quick walk to several really good restuarants with views of the Danube. |

Good location, easy to get to., with little noise. I could stay here again. Minor point, really. They were happy to look after baggage after checkout, but they didn't not appear to have a separate storage space or a system to identify what baggage belonged to whom. |

Excellent position overlooking the river, rooms very comfortable and well equiped The tram line was closed making it more difficult to get to / from the hotel. Breakfast was quite poor, the coffee stone cold. |

Our room had the most amazing view of the Danube and very close to the Chain Bridge. Easy walking distance to the Castle The hotel was overall- just ok. The amenities were not that great and there was construction right in front of the hotel which made it a little ugly when you walked outside. |
