They did not respect the price booked by booking.com. In my reservation was 69 euro/night and they asked me 72 euro/night. |

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The 'family room' we had was more like an apartment: two separate rooms, separate bath room, hall clean, everything available and at a good price. The Villa Italia has an Italian restaurant with authentic Italian kitchen. I have to say the food was incredible. We ate in the restaurant every evening and couldn't find a better place around. The service in the restaurant was the kind of attentive and professional service we'd only expect to find in luxury restaurants too. We had our two children with us, and not only was the hotel and restaurant friendly to them, but also the water is only about 50 metres away, so after a hard day's playing it was easy to get back and relax. All in all fantastic. |

pour des raisons techniques, nous avons été logés à la villa campana,plus proche du centre ville, appartenant aux memes propriétaires et pour laquelle s'applique nos commentaires. l'absence de chaines en langue française et l'impossibilité d'obtenir une facture après paiement cash (problème de langue ?) |

Отличное место, удобное расположение. Очень легко найти по карте booking.com Персонал очень приятный, большинство говорит на английском. Нам понравился и внешний вид, и номер. Все сделано со вкусом. Хотя территория маленькая, если для кого-то это имеет значение. Очень хорошее место для отдыха на Балатоне. Немного смущало отсутствие занавесок в ванной комнате, окно которой выходило на улицу. |

het eten in het restaurant was zeer lekker, zeer dicht tegen het ballatonmeer en genoeg niet betalende pakeer gelegenheid bij het gebruik van water door de onderbuur, was er toch wel lawaai |

Zeer leuk hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel en met een zeer goede keuken (Italiaans) Wel opletten wanneer men niet in juli of augustus gaat want de andere maanden is er 90% vd zaken gesloten. |

Het hotel heeft een goed redelijk uitgebreid ontbijt, en is slechts 100m van het Balatonstrand verwijdert. Jammer was dat de ontvangst van de internetverbinding waarop je gratis mocht inloggen te zwak was om redelijk te kunnen internetten. |

Шикарный свежеотремонтированный двухкомнатный номер. С большими комнатами, ванной и балконом. Близко к озеру. Выучить персонал(кроме хозяйки отеля) хотя бы азам английского языка |

Velice milý personál, čisté prostředí, čistý a denně uklízený pokoj, skvělá kuchyně přímo v restauraci pod penzionem. Byli jsme tam s malým miminkem a byla to dobrá volba, nemáme jim nic co vytknout – stálo to opravdu za to a pobyz jsme si tam maximálně užili. Dokonce nám i číšník nosil jídlo a pití na pokoj do patra, takže jsme mohli jíst na našem pokojovém balkoně.Opravdu jsme po dlouhé době byli 100% spokojeni. Všem doporučuji !! |
