It had a good price in comparison to other hotels in Budapest and free parking. They should change the bathrooms. The shower door was broken, the sink was very low and the overall feeling was bad. Also I didn't like the fact that they smoked all the time at the reception, even though the staff was polite. |

The Villa Hotel Kristal is an excellent value - operated by a warm, helpful staff and located a stone's throw from the center of Budapest by bus. |

staff were amazingly helpful, english speaking, breakfast sufficient, nice and quiet at night, within 10 minutes to pest on bus, no 8 or 112. very good tourist class hotel. Definately recommended. |

Very nice family hotel, placed in peaceful neighborhood with safe parking, clean rooms, kind staff, good breakfast (hum, eggs, cheese, salad, milk, yogurt, corn flakes...). Good location, close to Center (15-20min walking or 5-6min by bus). Very good ratio price/quality. I will come again! |

The hotel is very far away from the city (walking). There isn't metro or tram station near. The breakfast is very poor. |

Good location, safety parking, friendly staff, standard breakfast.I think to need some renovate bathroom. Restorant Janosh (in hotel Charles) is very close with perfect kitchen for supper |

The hotel is very nice house with very clean rooms and friendly personnel. It is located in a nice surrounding of beautiful villas but not far from busy communication. We were accomodated in a clean room with superb terrace. The shower shield was a bit shabby, covered with old dirt and needs replacement. I would expect slightly richer breakfast. In the early morning we were sometimes annoyed by a barking dog in the neigbourhood. |

great place for cash-strapped who want to visit Budapest. 15-20 minutes walk from main landmarks spot in Budapest.No problem with parking. Very helpful staff |

Freundlicher Empfang an der Receptio. Hotelleigene Parkplätze. Ruhige Lage. Nur 3 Busstationen vom Zentrum entfernt. Restaurants in der Nähe - Janosch (noblere Atmosphäre) und Carat (Entenbrust mit Weichselkompott, eine Geschmacksexplosion). Bad/Dusche renovierungsbedürftig. Bei der Federkernmatratze waren schon einzelne Federn durchzuspüren. Aber abgesehen von den Matratzen würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. |

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für 13 € pro Nacht pro Person war das Zimmer sehr sauber und auch schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr überschaubar und mit minderwertigen Produkten. Aber für wenig Geld sicher zu erwarten. |

Ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la cortesia del personale, la tranquillità della sua localizzazione anche se in città (dal centro dieci minuti a piedi e tre minuti con l'autobus, la fermata è lì vicino), il parcheggio privato gratuito e sicuro, la colazione più che soddisfacente. Diciamo che sono un po' carenti nella pulizia delle camere durante il soggiorno e i materassi non sono proprio tra i più comodi. |
