Reception area and grounds are very nice

No pool. Very noisy room due to wedding on Saturday night. The noise was unbearable and at 1am in the morning we had to move to the other side of the building.

Its location due to it being close to the race track.

I have already sent an email to your info email address to outline an issue with your booking price so It would be good to get a reply on that, but also the food was poor, I got served raw chicken, that had not been cooked. Thus I did not eat it, but they still charged us and refused to refund it even thought it was not edible. There are loads of descriptions on the web about it having gyms, sauna, spas etc, this hotel has no facilities at all, so very disappointed with my booking and your website for advertising false information. Also we had no tv, even thought we paid for it, this did get sort eventually, so at least we caught some of the Olympics back home of a night.

-Good location, close to Hungaroring - breakfast

- No air condition, should be standard in a 4* hotel - I did not receive the keys to my room, they said that they have some problems with the keys! Every time I wanted to get in to my room I had to ask the staff at the reception - totally unacceptable. - no soap in the bathroom

The main reason for choosing this hotel - close to Hungarogring. I am not satisfied the hotel. Very dirty room, the feeling that nobody cleaned, even though we lived in a luxe-suite. Service did not see, food at breakfast is very meager, the evening is not very tasty. No more going and not to recommend to anyone.

The friendliness of the staff especially those working at Reception. The peacefulness of the atmosphere.

Las cortinas no cierran y siempre entre luz. No puede ducharte de pie porque el tubo del agua de la ducha es muy corto. El zumo de naranja es el peor de mi vida.

La gentillesse du personnel et leur disponibilité

Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié votre service de Booking, car quand je suis arrivé ils n'avaient pas reçu ma réservation... Ce qui est inadmissible.

L'accueil chaleureux et la serviabilité de tout le personnel. Les bains d'eau Kaqun, eau hyper-oxygénée.

La distance de Budapest, mais le train est juste à 200 mètres... Il faut aimer les ballades en train !!!

der Masseur war nicht verfügbar. Ein Wellness Hotel ohne Wellnessangebot das kann es nicht geben. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht, jedoch sehr unzufrieden mit dem Chef., sie versuchten alles was in ihrer Macht stand damit die Gäste zufrieden sind. Die Zimmer waren schlecht beheizt. Das Restaurant hatte nur von 18 bis 20 Uhr offen. Sonst gab es keine Möglichkeit etwas an der Bar zu trinken zu bekommen.

It was just perfect. You have to try pool and sauna! Dinner and breakfast were also very good. I would come back anytime.

- Nuovissimo e moderno - personale disponibile e gentile, specialmente la ragazza alla reception - usufruito sconto del 25% (76€ invece di 102€) per i problemi avuti, riportati sotto - usufruito ottimo massaggio in studio attrezzato, anche se di domenica sera e con preavviso di 1 ora, alla modica cifra di 25€..... CONSIGLIATISSIMO, peccato non aver avuto tempo per usufruire completamente della sezione Wellness che è sembrata di ottimo livello (chiusa essendo di domenica) - sul retro parco con laghetto, peccato non ci sia la piscina - buona colazione con selfservice servita pero dopo le 8:00 (problema per chi viaggia)

- Aria condizionata, è un mobiletto molto rumoroso, quindi inutilizzabile ed essendoci oltre 30°c la cosa è grave, ma in altra stagione non è problema - frigo bar presente ma non refrigera - colazione servita dalle 8:00, problematico per chi viaggia e deve partire presto - parlano un inglese elementare, niente italiano - il ristorante NON era disponibile perchè occupato da matrimonio, con un po' di buona volontà si poteva fare, magari con servizio in camera, hanno sopperito con pizze da asporto servite in camera - il navigatore (il problema è suo) porta per vie sbagliate e chiuse, quindi bisogna usare cartina, anche se si trovano su arteria importante e teoricamente facile da raggiungere

Hotel Vis Vitalis jest stosunkowo nowym obiektem, utrzymanym w dobrym stanie. Hotel dysponuje dużym parkingiem. Położony jest kilkanaście kilometrów od Budapesztu I 6 km od toru Hungaroring. W pobliżu przejeżdża kolej podmiejska którą można dojechać w jedną stronę do Budapesztu, a w drugą w okolice Hungaroringu.Obsługa nie włada zbyt biegle językiem angielskim, a niemieckim prawie wcale, toteż kontakt był lekko utrudniony. Sniadanie typowo hotelowe, za to dania w hotelowej restauracji były całkiem smaczne.

Wbrew temu co można przeczytać na stronie internetowe hotelu, pokoje nie są klimatyzowane I nie posiadają suszarek do włosów w łazienkach. Brak klimatyzacji pod koniec lipca na Węgrzech przy 36° upale to raczej zła opcja. Restauracja hotelowa posiadała klimatyzatory lecz były one wyłączone. Nie wiem jaki musi być upał żeby zostały załączone ?! Byłem zakwaterowany już w wielu hotelach o różnych kategoriach, ale po raz pierwszy przytrafiło mi się dzwonić na recepcję I prosić o papier toaletowy I uzupełnienie mydła I to wszystko po przejściu sprzątaczek. Podsumowując - nie ma pojęcia kto dał temu obiektowi cztery gwiazdki ?! Według mnie to jest on wart najwyzej 2 gwiazdek.

Die Nähe zum Hungaroring und zu Budapest. Freundliche Bedienung im Restaurant und an der Reception.

Das Hotel ist schön adaptiert, aber es fehlen noch einige Dinge die den Aufenthalt gemütlich machen; die Seifenspender im Badezimmer funktionierten nicht, erst nach dreimaliger Aufforderung wurde ein Behälter mit Flüssigseife gebracht, kein Fön, kein Rasierspiegel vorhanden. Die Toilette war schlecht gesäubert und ein ekeliger Belag war in der WC-Muschel, wurde nicht entfernt. Die Zimmerböden wurden in den 4 Tagen des Aufenthalts nicht gesaugt(Teppichboden). Der Garten ist noch sehr dürftig. Wenige Liegen, keine Sonnenschirme, nicht gepflegter Rasen, ein Welnesshotel stellt man sich anders vor.

wenn wann was braucht hat es nicht lange gedauert bis mann es bekommen hat wenn möglich war Die Preise vonm Essen und Trinken waren auch OK

Meine Freundin hat ein Essen bestellt Pasta mit Nudeln ohne Fleisch hat es dann mit Fleisch bekommen und als der Kellner dann angesprochen worden ist sagte er das da kein Fleisch drinnen ist und hat den Tisch wieder verlassen ohne was zu sagen oder nach schauen

Vzhledem k tomu, že šlo o pobyt vázaný na velkou cenu Maďarska, tak nejvíce jeho poloha - velice blízko k okruhu Hungaroring. Bezproblémové placení Eurem.

Wellness hotel bez bazénu :( Chyběly propagační předměty s informacemi na pokoji WiFi na pokojích nedostupná.

sehr guter Gesamteindruck, alles sauber und modern, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Toller Service,sehr höflich,und zuvorkommendes Personal.Ausgiebiges Frühstück.Hotelanlage sehr sauber.Im Hotel war es sehr ruhig.Badezimmer war sehr sauber,und alles neu.Jederzeit wieder!
