Los nuevos Vivaldi Apartments de Budapest están ubicados cerca del centro de la ciudad y del río Danubio, en un distrito bellamente reformado, y ofrecen alojamiento acogedor y tranquilo. Todos los apartamentos están equipados con muebles nuevos, modernos y cuentan con cocinas totalmente equipadas. Además, todos ofrecen conexión a internet a través de la TV de forma gratuita. Space and general location for shopping, restaurants and transit The apartment was absolutely not clean. Everything had a layer of dirt/dust/grease depending on the room. This place could charge more for their accommodations if they would employ a cleaning service that could eliminate this very undesirable condition. Personally, I would not stay here again under the current conditions...but I would be very happy to do so if I knew that this issue had been taken care of.

Very nice apartment, quiet and relaxing, in a good position. Very kind staff and very low price. Equipped kitchen, beautiful furniture. Dusty room, towels and blankets not very clean.

Location , Value for money, design No WI-FI in the room , wired connection is provided though.Wi-Fi available only in the lobby.We were given the the sofa and not the double bed.

I don't know what people expect for budget accommodation. I almost cancelled my booking when I read the reviews, but I am so glad that I didn't as I was totally happy. I can agree with the criticism of the guy on the desk but I hardly saw him and the girl was charming. The apartment was clean, as were the sheets and towels. I felt safe in the area and there is a lovely traditional spa bath just round the corner (turn right at the swing park and it is halfway down on the left. Good selection of public transport nearby and an easy walk into the market and city centre. The accommodation is easy to find and I think the directions that were supplied were more complicated than they needed to be. As a 63 year old female solo traveller it took me 10 minutest to walk from the metro station and only 1 hour from the airport.Take the bus from the airport and connect with the metro. Get off at Klinikak. As you leave the metro (only one exit), you will see the main road on your right. Go to the main road and look across the road to the right and you will see Thaly Kalman Utca. Go down this road until it meets the main road, Mester Utca. Look across the road and you will see Dandar Utca. Go down this road, turn right at the swing park and the 1st turning on the right is Likör utca. There is an orange sign to the Vivaldi Apartments and if you look down the road the Vivaldi Utca sign on the apartments is clearly visible.

New apartment in quiet residential location (but close to shops, banks etc). Friendly, knowledgeable staff on reception who spoke perfect English. Room was as per photos on booking.com website and all facilities were available (were modern and worked). Easily accessible via public transport - 5 minutes walk to tram 2 which runs along the Danube as far as the parliament at least every 10 minutes; 10-15 minutes walk to Klinikak station on Metro Line 3.

The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean, new, well located. All the appliances were in excellent working order and the kitchen was adequately equipped. The staff were excellent, Really helpful, excellent English and did not charge us for a baby cot. We were absolutely thrilled with our 2 bedroom apartment which also had 2 spacious balconies. The location was also very good.

The quality of the apartment. I booked a one bedroom apt, but I was put into a studio. When I asked at the reception about my booking, they confirmed that my booking went through their system as a one bedroom apt. Meaning there was no error in the booking process, but they also advised me that they were full, I had no chance for a one bed apt. When I called the manager he told me that a studio is usually enough for solo travellers probably that's why I was put into a studio. (Can you imagine: you book something and the manager says that that's too much for you, we put you into a smaller room, but we take your money for the bigger.) When I told him it was unacceptable they offered me a one bed apt for a higher price than my original booking. (Suddenly they found a vacant apt...) I had to keep insisting on I want my original booking with the original price, which I finally got. For this seriously unprofessional treatment I wouldn't recommend this place. The apts are good quality though, but (not taking into account my treatment) the place is still seriously overrated compare to others.

Clean, nice and spacious apartments. Well furnished and in a great location. Staff were always friendly and ready to help. Some neighbours were very loud. The apartment next door had a party (they put down the noise level after being asked to do so), and other neighbours had a loud argument at 4 in the morning. Certainly not Vivaldi's fault, but maybe the building administrator should talk to the permanent residents to establish certain rules.

Good value for money. Ferencvaros proved to be a good choice for location. Although not central, there are good public transport connection. The Mester utca neighborhood felt so authentic, a genuine Budapest residential area only two blocks away from the Danube, with charming old buildings, nicely refurbished. The staff is friendly and efficient, the apartment is new, comfortable and clean, the building and neighborhood are quite safe. I've never seen such a short internet cable as they provided. This was not actually a big deal, it was rather funny. The connection worked just fine. Still, it wouldn't be a bad idea to bring my own cable next time.

A nice appartment. However, one has to ask specificly for services, E.G. a few lamps did not function, extra toilet paper, a tea towel, liquid soap in the bathroom as the dispenser was nearly empty. The people on duty were very friendly and helpfuk once you requested something. The appartment was well equiped. Only between 8 and 20 somebody in available. However, inform them if you would arrive late and somebody will be there.

The staff is very nice. Once the elevator broke - problem was fixed within 10 minutes. Located in a nice part of town, about 15-20 minutes walking from center. In general a very nice place. Could be more clean - the floors and the bath utilities... The couch was not comfortable for two people.

Very nice apartment , new interiors and furniture , excellent English speaking staff and were very helpful all the time. Reachable public transport and basic amenities. No problems at all. 100% satisfied with this apartment
