It was a very nice new hotel in a quiet area, no traffic in the vicinity, and not so far from the centum.

When we arrived at the room it was very cold, they had closed all the elements, and it tooks a long time until it became well again. Internet did not work on my laptop, the staff could not help me. knives and forks were not sufficient.

We had apt for 4. And got a 2double bedrooms appt. Nice design. Has it own entrance and an entrance to small "atrium" with several trees between other buildings :) We had no problem with late check-in (just inform the administration). It's absolutely clean and cosy apt to stay for even a week. Perfect for families and group of friends. Location is good if you travel by car.

No parking place. Should left a car just in front of the building. But it's quite and new district. No wardrobe when entering the room. But there's a room on the first floor (we didn't use) with additional sofa, cradle for a child and a wardrobe.

A few days before arrival the staff of Vivaldi apartments called me to check out my arrival. As my flight had a 5 hour delay in total as they officially weren't opened at that time someone of the staff waited for me to arrive. Further I had excellent service among my stay with a good equipped apartment with everything you need for a good stay in Budapest.

the place was really nice, you get what you paid for and it looks exactly like in the pictures.

internet connection was not working, even after a little chat with the reception.

Yes. We were very satisfied.

The street (Likos street) is pretty new, and nobody didn't know where is that street (when we were ask some people in the town).

Brand new apartment.

A lady in the reception was very very nice and helpful. She kindly checked any restaurants which opens until late because we arrived late in the night. In the end, she was so kind to order pizza which helped us a lot because we don't speak local language. The room is new and clean, and specious. Definitely value for money.

The location is not really convenient and metro station is a bit far away.

Appartment was clean and tidy. It is within 10 minutes walking distance of number 4 and 6 tram from which connections to most locations can be reached. Fast food outlets, banks, money change facilities and supermarket are nearby. The two staff seen on reception were both very helpful in giving advice and checking internet for info if required on how to get to places. Also advised on weekly transport ticket which was very good value giving un-limited access to Trams, Buses and Metro.Although we were responsible for keeping the Apartment clean over the period of our stay clean towels and sheets were offered mid week.

Although i was sent a map, Apartment in in a new build area and Taxi driver still had difficulity finding it. Reception is not open 24 hours and so we were glad we had notified an arrival time to get in as outside hours. however during our stay I noticed there is now a contact notice inserted on the door.

Service (especially Anita), very nice apartment and worth the money.Close to Donau.

Helpful staff, good location, Raday Street with lots of nice restaurants is within 10 mins walking distance, tram and metro are nearby too. New apartment, well equipped.

Floor, sinks and toilet were rather dirty on our arrival but they cleaned it as soon as we asked them to.

The apartment was in a brand new building, and there was construcion in the neighbourhood, but still it was very quit. Basic but tasteful Ikea furniture. Complete set of kitchen appliances. Very nice and helpful staff. They contacted me via e-mail to ask for the time of arrival, and also called me to make sure.

We would have liked a colander in the kitchen for the pasta. Also, it is far from the center, so you need to figure out the public transportation that is very good in Budapest.

Great apartment, comfortable and quiet. All new fixtures and furniture, even a washing machine! It was a treat to have my own kitchen and balcony. There is some building work in the street outside as more apartments are finished nearby, there is construction work in many parts of Budapest it seems at the moment, but this was not noisy or dirty when I was there. The apartments are near the center of town. Transport is very good and there are local shops, bars, supermarket and bakery nearby. It is also near The Ludvig, Unicum and Applied Arts Museums and a38 music venue is just across the river. Late check-in was possible by emailing before hand, address is on booking receipt. Great value too.

The street is not on gps as it is so new, so go to Vaskapu Utca and head south, there is a sign on the left to Vivaldi Apartments. I stayed in a 1 person apartment, there was only a sofa bed to sleep on.
