Spacious, clean and fully equiped studio. Nicely furnished, too. New and well kempt building. Safe area with parking available. Easy access with to the hotel from highway. Short drive to the city center. Friendly and helpful staff. |

A lady in the reception was very very nice and helpful. She kindly checked any restaurants which opens until late because we arrived late in the night. In the end, she was so kind to order pizza which helped us a lot because we don't speak local language. The room is new and clean, and specious. Definitely value for money. The location is not really convenient and metro station is a bit far away. |

Excellent and flexible staff, especially Anita. She offered us a better 2-floor room after 1st night, and we had the room until 4 pm on the check-out day - these two things were offered us automatically! Rooms are neat, clean and quiet. Fridge is little bit noisy sometimes. It's not a problem though, and if you have A/C, you don´t hear it. |

Appartment was clean and tidy. It is within 10 minutes walking distance of number 4 and 6 tram from which connections to most locations can be reached. Fast food outlets, banks, money change facilities and supermarket are nearby. The two staff seen on reception were both very helpful in giving advice and checking internet for info if required on how to get to places. Also advised on weekly transport ticket which was very good value giving un-limited access to Trams, Buses and Metro.Although we were responsible for keeping the Apartment clean over the period of our stay clean towels and sheets were offered mid week. Although i was sent a map, Apartment in in a new build area and Taxi driver still had difficulity finding it. Reception is not open 24 hours and so we were glad we had notified an arrival time to get in as outside hours. however during our stay I noticed there is now a contact notice inserted on the door. |

Room was clean. We did not like this place at all. The reception was almost always closed and you have to call and wait if you need anything. They are not open until midnight as they We had to wait to check-in for the person to arrive at 11:30pm in the night (although we had told them that we were arriving at the time before hand). The shower curtain was extremely dirty and the bed was actually a sofa bed which was not very confortable. It was loud outside in the night. I have no idea why this apartment was so high ranked. Maybe they have better service during the high season???? |

Helpful staff, good location, Raday Street with lots of nice restaurants is within 10 mins walking distance, tram and metro are nearby too. New apartment, well equipped. Floor, sinks and toilet were rather dirty on our arrival but they cleaned it as soon as we asked them to. |

Everything. In 1 month trip was the best place I've stayed. Staff really nice, speacilly the guy in the reception. Really comfortable with all facilities, kitchen, washmachine, etc... Brand new appartments. |

The apartment was in a brand new building, and there was construcion in the neighbourhood, but still it was very quit. Basic but tasteful Ikea furniture. Complete set of kitchen appliances. Very nice and helpful staff. They contacted me via e-mail to ask for the time of arrival, and also called me to make sure. We would have liked a colander in the kitchen for the pasta. Also, it is far from the center, so you need to figure out the public transportation that is very good in Budapest. |

The apartment is very spacious and everyhting in there is brand new. The kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was really friendly and the room was spotless. I would stay there again The only problem is that is a bit difficult to find the street. It is a little far if you want to walk to the main attractions, however it is easy to get the tram from there. |

Great apartment, comfortable and quiet. All new fixtures and furniture, even a washing machine! It was a treat to have my own kitchen and balcony. There is some building work in the street outside as more apartments are finished nearby, there is construction work in many parts of Budapest it seems at the moment, but this was not noisy or dirty when I was there. The apartments are near the center of town. Transport is very good and there are local shops, bars, supermarket and bakery nearby. It is also near The Ludvig, Unicum and Applied Arts Museums and a38 music venue is just across the river. Late check-in was possible by emailing before hand, address is on booking receipt. Great value too. The street is not on gps as it is so new, so go to Vaskapu Utca and head south, there is a sign on the left to Vivaldi Apartments. I stayed in a 1 person apartment, there was only a sofa bed to sleep on. |

Apartment had three double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. Two bathrooms. A good size for four male or female adults. Newly built and in good condition. Taxi drivers found it hard to find. |

Good condition of apartment. Everything is brand new. It cannot really be classed as a hotel though, as it has no real permanantly manned reception. Location! Very residential area without many cafes, bars etc. in area. A bit far from the city center areas. Depending on where you want to go, you usually need to take a tram and a metro. Bear in mind the last tram goes at around 23:30. |

New apartment with low cost and acceptable location. Very friendly staff with good English skills. If you want to check in late, send them an email and let them know about it (there is no 24 hours check in). The apartment was very clean and equipped with new furniture with very good design (laundry machine, fully equipped kitchen etc). The internet was working at the room with LAN cable and the staff were kind enough to borrow me a cable. The street that hotel is located is new and I could not find it in google map, however the staff sent me a step-to-step guideline to arrive from airport. The blanket was smelling like a hell, thanks God that we were there at August and we did not use them. There were no bed sheet (We had our own :-)) and there was no air conditioning. |

New apartment with low cost and okay location. Friendly staff with good english skills. As this is apartment, staff member is only present on office hours. However, with prior notification of late check-in they kindly came to let us in at mid-night. Recommended! |

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the location (close to the city center and close of all public transportation stations), the brand new furniture and especially the inner courtyard where we had direct access and could relax and drink our coffee in the morning! Great! Not anything in particular... sometimes there was a strange smell in the lobby (I have no idea from where) mostly in the morning. |

Excellent accommodation. The apartment was very clean and fully equiped, new and very good quality furniture with very good design. This is a good place to stay, I recomand it to everybody. The staff was very helpful. You will need the washing liquid in the kitchen. The street is new and unknown for the GPS. |

It's an apartment, so you can do everithing by yourself. It had all basic electrical appliances like washing machine and microwave, cutlery, skillets...etc The location: The location it's very difficult to find and it has diferent address in webs (The street is new, and it do not appear in google maps). We tried to call to the phone that appears in the web and it was fake. It you book here, aware yourself to contac them previous to be sure how to get to the apartments. |
