The pool - clean and nice. There are definitely a couple of things why I wouldn't choose this hotel again: 1. Our room was not cleaned, the bed was not made, the only thing they did was emptying the bathroom bin. As a 4-star hotel, as Kakadu claims to be, I'd expect the cleaning staff to make my bed every day and to vacuum clean the room. They started doing it only when I reported the fact to the reception desk 2. |

Vriendelijk, behulpzaam medewerkers aan de receptie Opmaken/verschonen bedden, schoonmaken kamer, facilteiten hotel waren niet aanwezig. Wifi alleen in gemeenschappelijke ruimten, geen fietsverhuur, geen pendeldienst met vliegveld, geen excursiebalie, geen geldwissel., Dunne, harde matrassen op bedden. 3E bed was bank (overigens wel het meeste comfort), afstand meer zeker 400 meter naar het strand. M.i geen 4 sterrenhotel. |

Das Wellness-angebot, obwohl wir es nicht benutzt haben Safe war defekt und wurde auch nicht geflickt.Der Gang zum Zimmer führt durch das Hallenbad (eher störend für die Badenden) ich würde das Hotel nicht jedem weiter empfehlen, nur solchen die nicht so Ansprüche stellen |

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft einiger Hotelangestellter. Ausstattung allgemein(Zustand des Wellnesbereiches und der Dachterasse liessen sehr zu Wünschen übrig !!!) Das Frühstücksbuffett könnte sehr viel abwechslungsreicher sein(14 Tage jeden Morgen 2 Sorten Wurst und immer nur die gleichen Sorten, sorry, das ist wohl doch ein wenig eintönig !! Schlechte klimatische Verhältnisse bei den heissen Temperaturen( Lüftung der Badehalle hat gefehlt ) . |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich; das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich; ein Hauseigener Pool war vorhanden; es konnte mit € bezahlt werden die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig ; trotz vorhandener Geräte war(an diesem Tag)eine Bezahlung per Kredit-oder EC-Karte nicht möglich (ausreichend Bargeld dabeihaben!) |
