Struttura nuova e ben tenuta. Ottima la posizione, a pochi passi dal lago di Balaton e vicina al centro. Splendida la piscina interna dotata anche di vasca con idromassaggio Jacuzzi. Di tutto lo staff, soltanto una persona parlava inglese e quando non era di turno insorgevano grossi problemi di comunicazione. La camera era sprovvista di aria condizionata.

Friendly Personel, nice hotel, quiet location. Mattress is not comfortable! Too thin to be able to sleep well, shame: everything else was very good, but this will stop me coming back.

A nice small hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 3 blocks from Lake Balaton. No restaurant -- only breakfast and the possibility of supper if one signs up for half-pension. Our supper was rather poor, and overpriced.

Nice rooms and nice staff. The hotel was really far from the center of Keszthely and you thus felt a bit isolated if you had come for a short out of the season visit.

die lage ! Wenn die putzfrau ihre vielen reinigungsmittel auch benutzen wuerde, waere es echt super. Unser Bad und WC wurde waehrend unseres Aufenthaltes (1 Woche ) nicht geputzt. Auch das Fruehstueck kennen wir von anderen Pensionen viel besser !

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, eigentlich eher ein Appartment.

Visszajáró vendégként örömmel tapasztaltam, hogy fel vannak újítva az ágyak, ki vannak cserélve a matracok! Igazán kipihenhettem magam. A személyzet szokás szerint nagyon kedves volt és figyelmes. A tisztaságra mindig kiemelt figyelmet szentelnek, ez különösen tetszik nekem. Nyáron mindenképpen szeretnék a családommal is eljönni, mert a beltéri wellness részleg mellett kültéri úszómedencékkel és újabb kerttel is bővül a szálloda.

Het hotel is in handen van een familie, vader,moeder dochter en oma.De moeder verzorgd het ontbijt,de dochter zit aan de receptie,vader doet het onderhoud van het hotel en oma maakt schoon. Allemaal heel vriendelijke mensen,alleen de dochter spreekt een beetje Engels Hebben een keer s"avonds in het hotel gegeten,helaas niet voor herhaling vatbaar. De spa is heerlijk,hebben een paar keer een massage genomen heerlijk!! 20 euro per uur,GEEN geld!! Nogmaals een goed hotel om zeker nog een keer terug te komen Het ontbijt was erg sobertjes

Nous sommes des habitués de la Hongrie et nous avons choisi cet hôtel parce que nous y avions fait une étape il y a quelques années. Hôtel charmant, au calme près de la plage du lac Balaton. Parking à proximité. Personnel accueillant, très bon petit déjeuner, 2 piscines dont une intérieure avec jacuzzy, sauna, trampoline, idéal pour les enfants. Petit bémol, quelques petits problème au niveau du lit et de la douche (le personnel a aimablement remédier à cela ). Budget correct. Etablissement très calme.

Największą atrakcją hotelu są 2 baseny (jeden pod dachem I jeden na powietrzu) oraz taras na dachu. śNiadania były smaczne, chociaż codziennie dostawaliśmy to samo. Hotel jest świetnie położony - w dzielnicy willowej, około 600-800 m od plaży I stosunkowo niedaleko od dużych marketów (np. Spar). W recepcji nie było nikogo na stałe. Obsługa pojawiała się tylko w godzinach przedpołudniowych. Z 3 pań, z którymi się kontaktowałem, tylko 1 mówiła po angielsku, za to była mało sympatyczna. łAzienka zdecydowanie wymaga remontu I wymiany infrastruktury. Szczególnie prysznic wygląda topornie, nigdy takiego nie widziałem, I trudno się pod nim wykąpać. 2 noce z rzędu mieliśmy pijackie imprezy w domu naprzeciwko ze śpiewami do 4 nad ranem. Niby to poza hotelem, ale mógłby ktoś zainterweniować. Jednak ogólnie hotel jest raczej ok.

Tres bon hotel familial de petite taille,dans un endroit calme.Petit dejeuner copieux, equipement piscines interieur et exterieur, spa/ detente facile d'acces, la possibilite de demi pension et de parking. Le personnel est agreable et l'acces au lac est proche. Un petit peu eloigne du centre ville. Acces internet difficile dans la chambre (n°45) a certain moment mais utilisable dans les parties commune
