Lack of directions from the train station (we had no car). There was no local information and the staff were not interested. They did not take any form of credit card for payment blaming a faulty Bank Connection. They would only take cash. The cash machine was 2.5Km away. The food was not of a recommendable standard. Breakfast was below what we expected. The room was poorly furnished the bathroom was poor. There was no working plug in the sink. The wroom was cleaned once in our 5 days there. The bed was terrible and forced us to check out 3 days early. In summary, steer well clear there are far better places in nearby Kesthely. A poor reflection on Hungary. |

This hotel was very comfortable, we had all what we would wish for great holiday. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good. We were satisfied. We couldn't pay by credit card because the mechanism was out of order at the moment. But I absolutly recommend this hotel to everyone! |

Apartment good size for a family. Nice small clean pool. Breakfast choice good, evening restaurant good. Not adequate for self catering. Only a microwave but no pyrex bowls to cook in / with (or even to prepare salad into). No cooking rings, no toaster, no kettle. Only had 6 plates, no bowls at all, 6 wine glasses 6 tumblers, 6 mugs. 1 bread knife and board and some cutlery. No tin opener, no veg knife. |

The staff was very nice and we liked the apartment like set up with the master bedroom and kids room. Once we arrived and checked in we went site seeing and when we returned there were spiders that had made their webs across the doorway entrance. After fighting passed them we saw the staff had left every window in our room open leaving it open to any one or anything having access to our room. There were footprints throughout the room as if someone mopped the floors barefoot. The shower was absolutely disgusting and the toilet set was broken. What topped the list was the fact that there were dead flies on the floor and someone killed a huge fly on the curtain and left it there and the cleaning people did not clean this up. The counter tops were dirty and there were cob webs and spiders with spider webs throughout the room. |

Lovely place,very clean and modern,fridge is very handy in room.Staff is friendly,helpful and professional.We loved food in restaurant. Soundproofing could be slightly better. |

Очень хорошая территория, сауна, джаккузи и бассейн включены в стоимость номера, а также теннисный корт и игровая площадка для детей. Близко от Балатона, хорошо для велосипедных прогулок. Меню на завтраках сделать более разноообразным и качественным. Что-нибудь придумать, чтобы в открытом ресторане было меньше мух и ос, а в номерах - комаров. Обеспечить бесперебойный прием кредитных карт и сделать хотя бы одну точку для доступа в интернет. |

L'hôtel est très bien situé (proche du lac Balaton et de Kesthely), les chambres sont confortables, le personnel est adorable, le restaurant propose une carte assez variée et de qualité à prix raisonnable. |

c'est un hotel très calme idéal pour se reposer mais à déconseiller aux personnes cherchant des activités nocturnes (pas d'animation) pour la demi-pension, le repas du soir manquait de choix (entrées et dessert) |

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber & das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich gut & auch der kleine Pool ist ganz nett. Die Massagen, die angeboten werden sind auch durchaus empfehlenswert. Es ist relativ weit zum Strand zu gehen & der hat uns auch nicht so gut gefallen. Dadurch das wir mit dem Auto dort waren, sind wir ein paar Kilometer zu anderen Stränden gefahren. |

Szép, tiszta, tágas, wellness szempontból jól felszerelt. A Balaton-part távol van és megközelítése gyalogosan nem kényelmes. Hitelkártyát elvileg elfogadnak, gyakorlatilag nem, ezzel plusz kiadásra kényszerítik a külföldről érkező vendéget. |

Het binnenzwembad De kamers in de nok van het dak (warm en schuine wanden). Het buitenzwembad was niet comfortabel en koud. Daarbij was er niets te doen 's avonds. Nog geen plaats waar we konden kaarten bij licht. |
